Paysera Holds My Money Hostage – Unacceptable Treatment!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Paysera. They froze my account without warning, and despite multiple promises that my money would be returned "soon," I keep getting different answers from their customer support. First, they told me it would take a few days, then 2 weeks, then suddenly 4-6 weeks! Meanwhile, they had no problem deducting €100 from my account today, proving that they have full access to my funds. Yet, when it comes to giving me back MY OWN money, they suddenly "need more time." How is this fair? I am a single father with a 6-month-old baby, and this delay is directly affecting my ability to provide for my child. Paysera is completely ignoring my urgent situation and keeps giving me the runaround. This is not how a financial institution should treat its customers. If you are considering using Paysera, think twice! A bank that can freeze your money without explanation and hold it for weeks is not a bank you should trust. I have already escalated my case to the Bank of Lithuania and EU financial regulators, and I will continue to warn others about my experience. Paysera, do the right thing and give me back my money!

Money freezing

This company is keeping my account as restricted for 25,30 days, I did provide every document thet asked but still no response, Paysera team if you are reading this, remove the restriction and only then i will change the feedback about your company!!! Me: Kamron Zukhriddin Ugli Tuychiev ——— Update: It’s been more than 60days guys since Paysera team blocked my account with no solid reason, every time I asked to give my money they come up a new excuse, telling me to wait more, how longer can I wait now? It’s been 60days ALREADY, they promised me to transfer my money, which was almost 6000Euro, to transfer to my Revolut account but guess what they again didn’t fulfill their promise like always, please guys BE AWARE OF THEM!!!

Salve da Ottobre a tutt’ora ho l’account limitato, in 4 mesi, dico 4 mesi ancora non mi hanno sbloccato l’account, ho i miei soldi bloccati da 4 mesi, posso sapere come fare a chiudere questo maledetto conto? Grazie

Funds Missing – No Resolution from Paysera

I made a SEPA transfer from my Paysera account to my N26 account on January 17, 2025. However, I have not received the money in my N26 account, and my Paysera account is now closed. I contacted N26 support, and they confirmed that they never received the funds and that Paysera, as the sending bank, is responsible for tracking the transaction. However, Paysera support has been slow and unhelpful. They told me to wait for an email, but it has been several days with no clear update. I have requested a SWIFT/MT103 document to track the transfer, but I have not received it. This situation is unacceptable for a financial institution. I expect Paysera to take immediate action and provide proof of the transaction or refund my money. If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate this complaint to the Bank of Lithuania and European Consumer Protection authorities.
