Cagliari - No shuttle service as announced. After calling (long waited to connection) told me to go to parking house (left side before the airport, ground floor). After long waiting gave me the keys, nobody wants to go with us and control, it is not easy to find the car. Return - hard to find entry to parking house and also the way to third level. Again, long waiting and then nobody wants to control returned car and confirm if everything is OK. When I was home, deposit was released but minus 25 EUR - reason - car was dirty.... It is not true, because I returned the car cleaner then I picked up it. Felirent didn´t answer. That´s why I made complaint via my bank, 5 months later (my bank or Mastercard) returned 25 EUR. Really not recommend Felirent, I will never use, I hate this behavior.

Verona aeroporto...7 dicembre 2024..temperature ghiacciate, disposizioni regionali VENETO su obbligo di pneumatici invernali dalla fine di novembre per qualche mese ; MI SI CONSEGNA LA MACCHINA CON PNEUMATICI ESTIVI E MI SI PROPONE DI NOLEGGIARE LE CATENE AD UN COSTO ACCESSORIO. COME FACCIO A USARE LE CATENE SENZA NEVE E A RISPETTARE LE DIRETTIVE REGIONALI USCENDO DAL PUNTO RITIRO AUTO? DEVO CHIAMARE IN LOCO UN GOMMISTA PRIMA DI PARTIRE CON LA MACCHINA? l'operatrice,informata della problematica fa semplicemente spallucce sostenendo che tali misure sono obbligatorie solo in autostrada...ma anche a patto che sia vero (e non lo è), devo arrivare al ritiro della macchina per capire che non posso andare in autostrada? Quindi , mi si fa firmare un foglio dove mi assumo le responsabilità per una circolazione senza ausili invernali...praticamente costretto a firmare se non volevo fare restare a piedi moglie e bambini o se non volevo perdere soldi (perché mica ti rimborsano). Ecco a questo punto, considerato che in quella filiale faranno sempre così...direi che non bisogna più prenotare auto felirent in quel posto. Bisogna essere molto disorganizzati per rischiare i clienti per tale fesseria ... infatti per non impostare un cambio gomme all'anno ci perdi i clienti, può essere stupida come strategia di marketing? Ho scritto alla FELIRENT SENZA OTTENERE RISPOSTA, ora aspetto ancora una settimana e se si ostinano a non rispondere faccio regolare denuncia. Che tipi!

NEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN-- do not rent with them in Palermo! Felirent's business model is different from traditional car rental companies. They only tell you the true cost of your Felirent when you return the car!!!!! Assuming that your flight is within a few of hours, they will find a tiny scratch on your wheel or something that existed before and then charge you a replacement cost! Terrible and would not recommend it by any means. Terrible Customer Service. Really bad experience. So please AVOID Felirent at any costs! The worst company ever!!! It’s an actual scam.
