Stava andando tutto bene fino all'ultimo giorno di noleggio, poi, una volta riportata la macchina, mi dicono: "qua non c'è il pieno" Andando a controllare mi è venuto quasi da ridere perché quello che mancava per il pieno era letteralmente il percorso che avevo fatto dal benzinaio fino al loro deposito (mancava veramente un millimetro per esagerare) ma niente non ha voluto sentire ragione "questa è la nostra politica!!" disse l'imperatore ottomano, e allora 20€ trattenuti dal deposito cauzionale come se fosse una "multa" e in più quello che mancava di benzina, che ho scoperto solo due giorni dopo tornando a casa che a quanto pare erano 30€!!! Quindi per un millimetro che mancava alla lancetta per arrivare al pieno si sono tenuti 50€!! Ridiamo per non piangere, ridicoli.

Das Einzige in das der Autovermieter meisterlich ist, ist in Sache versteckte Kosten in Rechnung zu stellen. Angefangen von Extra Kosten für Debit Card Inhaber (25€ pro Tag). Weiter geht es mit 7,50€ extra für einen Zweitfahrer (pro Tag), nur der Fahrer auch der Inhaber der Creditkarte sein darf „was für ein Quatsch“. Nicht vergessen darf man die horrende Bearbeitungsgebühr wenn man einen Strafzettel bekommt (42,70€ für Weiterleitung einer email) „Als ob man hier nicht genug gestraft ist“, zudem kommt das die Summe ohne Erlaubnis von der Kreditkarte abgebucht wird, was nicht rechtens ist. Bleib einfach nur eine Warnung auszusprechen. Am Ende hat der Mietwagen nahezu das doppelte gekostet. Lasst die Finger von diesem Autovermieter.

Not a great experience in Cagliari Airport. If you dont carry a credit card they force you to buy their overpriced insurance, which you can find for literally 1/10th the price online. They tried to give us a car that hadn't been cleaned. They didn't believe that we filled up the tank before dropping the car off, they made us go back to the petrol station, only to find out there that it was indeed full.

Chiamata in data odierna del 18 agosto 2023 ore 9.30. In base alla mia precedente recensione sono stato invitato a chiamare il servizio clienti, il quale stupito della mia chiamata, chiede a me “mi dica”… io rispondo “mi dica lei” dato che siete stati voi a chiedermi di contattarvi. Sgarbato, scorbutico, morale…non si è risolto nulla e ha anche avuto il coraggio di dichiarare il falso per un graffietto al cerchione dicendo che era metà cerchione graffiato. È stato molto arrogante nel rispondere e in malo modo ha attaccato il telefono liquidandomi. Carissima Felirent impara l’educazione! Inutile di commentarmi il mio precedente riscontro se poi non sei un grado di trattare con i clienti! Cos’è un giochino per far vedere che siete disponibili per il “nulla cosmico”? Forse si! PESSIMI!

Angekommen, auf einmal sollten wir mehr zahlen, als ich das angesprochen habe hieß es, dass wir es am Ende wieder bekommen. Nix da, versuche jetzt seit einem halben Jahr meinem Geld hinterher zu rennen, einfach nur Lügner und Betrüger!

Servicio rapido y muy comodo con recogidas en el aeropuerto. Personal muy amable sobre todo giovanni, dispuesto a ayudar y a la resolucion de problemas. Coche nuevo, bien cuidado y limpio.

Cette compagnie est à éviter, c’est des voleurs. Ils nous ont pris 200€ en plus au comptoir pour leur assurance obligatoire. Et ils nous ont compté 1 jour en plus car nous avons rendu la voiture 45 minutes en retard. Ils ne voulaient pas nous raccompagner à l’aéroport. Les gens de l’agence sont insupportable et très désagréable. La seule personne gentille est le monsieur qui a bien voulu nous amener à l’aéroport.

Ottimo servizio nessun problema! Oltre al prezzo concorrenziale siamo stati serviti dagli operatori in aeroporto con estrema gentilezza e professionalità. Macchina internamente molto pulita e alla riconsegna non ho avuto nessun problema.

On 7th May 2023, my wife and I rented a car from Felirent Palermo for a week. The car had some visible exterior damage which we acknowledged when signing the rental agreement. After driving for about four hours, smoke started coming from the engine and for our own safety, my wife and I parked and exited the vehicle. After contacting Felirent, we had the car towed away and were told we would get a replacement car. We spent the remainder of our vacation in Sicily without a replacement. I was alerted by my credit card company a few days later that a very large charge was added to my credit card by Felirent and upon contacting them, they wrote it was a temporary precautionary measure of some sort and that this was not my fault. After returning to the US, the very large charge persisted and our original rental amount was not refunded either despite driving the car for only about four hours out of a seven day rental period. After trying to dispute the charge through our credit card company, we were told that the rental agreement contract was written in such a way that we had zero protection against this charge which seems highly fraudulent to us. I hope our experience is not the norm but the lack of communication, lack of following through on their promise, and the way in which these charges were surreptitiously added to our card makes me very wary of ever trusting Felirent and their management.
