From the booking to the final drop off, Felirent displayed the top professionalism. I traveled from the USA to Milan, when I arrived, I made the call to the front desk, and ten minutes later, the shuttle arrived. When I arrived at the business, the attendants were one hundred percent capable, helpful, caring, and professoinal. I would recommend Felirent without reservation whatsoever. Bravo!! A+ ~Jim

L'incendio avvenuto all'aeroporto di Catania ha comportato ritardi nei voli. Avevo noleggiato un auto presso l'aeroporto di Catania con riconsegna sette giorni dopo presso il medesimo aeroporto. Volo di ritorno cancellato ed impossibilitato a restituire l'auto a Catania, Felirent offre come unica soluzione la restituzione a Palermo, con un aggravio di spesa di 130€ (ingiustificati evidentemente). Arrivato all'aeroporto di Palermo, dopo essere stato costretto ad anticipare il volo di ritorno altrimenti non sapevo dove restituire l'auto), scopro - nessuna comunicazione mi era stata data a riguardo - che l'agenzia è a Cinisi. Pochi minuti dall'aeroporto evidentemente ma comunque disagevole rispetto al servizio acquistato per Catania.

Ho noleggiato in varie occasioni nella sede in zona stazione centrale. in tutte le occasioni il personale al check in si è dimostrato sempre molto cordiale e disponibile. le automobili noleggiate erano sempre nuovissime, ben tenute e con pochi km, inoltre in più occasioni ho beneficiato di un upgrade gratuito ricevendo auto decisamente di categoria superiore a quelle prenotate. in tutte le occasioni esperienza positiva oltre ogni aspettativa

We used Fellirent at Palermo Airport and once you call them, their minivan arrives in about 10-15 mins (wait at Level 1 "Check In" DO NOT go up to Level 2 "Departures"). Once at their off-site office (about 10-15 mins drive away) you are met by a team of friendly and courteous staff members who will help with luggage and get you checked-in to your vehicle quickly. The credit card deposit was taken quickly and fairly, with no "hard selling" of enhanced CDW insurance (the return check-out was even quicker and the deposit was unblocked with no hassles). Their vehicles and service is A1 and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again when flying to Palermo (ignore the (mostly) French negative reviews (due to French credit card companies having problems at their end with Italian pre-authoriations, we had no such problems with our RBS MasterCard) ).

Volo di andata in ritardo, l’ ufficio chiude alle 22 ma per aspettarci alle 22,30 sono 100 euro. Non riconoscono valida la nostra carta di credito ma con un’ assicurazione da 200 euro per una settimana, va bene. Al rientro cancellano il volo da Ostia, riconsegnano l’ auto da Alghero, altri 150 euro. Complessivamente 850 euro per una settimana, partendo da 400 di noleggio. Complimenti.

We picked up a car at the Alghero airport and while we were slightly confused by the location of their office, the service was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging, the car was brand new and gave us no trouble. The return process was equally smooth. All in all a great experience. We booked through a third party - might have been Kayak - and the rate was excellent. I highly recommend Felirent!
