Poor quality & quantity

Very disappointed!! Bought my mother red roses & lilies for her 89th Birthday & the quality of flowers are shocking! You could get better quality in Aldi or Tescos so don’t waste your money here!! Customer service is shocking also. Not professional at all!

Waste of money

I ordered birthday flowers for my sister worth £40. The flowers were wilted from day 1. My sister, out of respect of the fact that I had sent her expensive flowers, didn’t tell me. Finally on day 4 I asked her and she admitted they weren’t great and hadn’t been from the start. I emailed Prestige and shared photos with them, taken on day 4, complaining about the quality, only to be told I should’ve taken photos earlier and sent them then. They then proceeded to ask for time stamps for the few photos I did send them. There have been a few back and forth emails and it’s pretty obvious this is a trap because they’re simply not going to apologise for their rubbish quality and will instead hope that most people will give up at this point out of sheer exasperation. They actually expected my sister, who was gifted these flowers, to take photos and share with me to tell me just how awful they are. Unbelievable! I have been offered a £10 off voucher on ‘future orders’. Why would I place a future order when the current one was so rubbish? No, thank you. Definitely not wasting my money with this company again.

They're sending B-DAY FLOWERS and…

They're sending B-DAY FLOWERS and picked Royal Mail as the courier.. So if there is only one chance for the flowers to be delivered. If the reciptient is not at home - they don't try again later on the same day.

A Disappointing Bouquet!

Ordered a bouquet for my wife as it was our 50th wedding anniversary. The flowers were delivered on the day and they didn’t look too bad. I had paid extra for a large bunch but to be honest you get bigger bunches from a supermarket without being charged an extra £10! On day 5 the flowers were starting to droop and the roses never opened. I contacted Prestige Flowers to register my disappointment but all I got was platitudes and the offer of a £10 voucher for use against another order. I refused the voucher as there was no way I would spend more money with this business. Interestingly I noticed that 12% of their customers rated them as 1 star. With over 130,000 reviews this equates to more than 15,000 unhappy customers! Well, they just got another one.

Only buy if you want dead flowers and terrible customer service

I order a £60 bouquet of flowers for my wife. In less than 24 hours the roses were wilting and dying. In less than 48 hours the gerberas were dropping. Terrible quality - worst I have ever had from a flower delivery company. I complained and sent pictures - they offered me a £15 voucher off a future order! When I said this was unacceptable, they offered a £15 rebate. I made the point that, If I bought some vegetable from Waitrose and most of them were rotten I would expect it to be replaced. They said they didn't want to pick up the flowers and replace them because they are 'perishable' - too right they are, they have already perished. They claim on their website that they guarantee 100% satisfaction. An outright lie!!! Awful company. Awful product. Awful service.
