I've been using Prestige to order both company flowers and personal ones for the last 3 years. Prices are fair and orders are always delivered on time. Great updates for both order confirmation and then delivery as well as great customer service. Also received great feedback on the bouquets from those that received them.
Dont waste your money!
As a faithful Prestige Flowers customer for many years I am beyond disgusted with them and their customer service. I ordered these for my daughter, they arrived in no box or packaging, no gift card, flower care etc. They were just handed over like this. Also this is supposed to be a large bouquet that I paid for! Even I know that even when they are in full bloom they certainly wont even remotely look like this and there is no way there are as many flowers in it 🤦♀️ Upon complaing they said they could see no problem with the standard of the bouquet and I should complain myself to Royal Mail regarding the lack or packaging! No way, you have lost yourself a customer today Prestige Flowers absolutely disgraceful 😡

My sister sent a bouquet of mixed flowers for my birthday yesterday. Three of the flowers were already dead on arrival although I left them in water overnight to see if they would recover. They didn't. My sis was so pleased to send them I haven't the heart to spoil her pleasure. These bouquets are so expensive, ALL the flowers should be in good condition.

I ordered a large bouquet of mixed flowers for my wife. They arrived on time but the size of the bouquet was medium at most! My wife was not aware of the size I had ordered and treated them as advised by the company. 2 days later they had begun to wilt and die. I sent an email with photos attached to what I believed to be the correct address, I checked the website, only for it to be rejected. I think it was the size of the pictures, I emailed again without any attachments explaining what had happened but did not get a reply. When I rang them they told me the last correspondence I had with them was in 2022 (i can't remember the outcome of this order) and I must have sent the email to the wrong address. I was given the correct address but again it was rejected so I had to send the pictures individually, only to be told that they had been checked and were considered acceptable and if they were treated right they would have lasted longer! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Poor quality goods and rubbish customer service.
