EDIT - I received a call from AceFX. It seems that they have moved away from sending text reminders when currency was in store, which was previously a feature I relied on, and the confirmation email following the order had also been filtered by email manager. To be clear to anyone considering the credibility and quality of Ace-FX - The service and rates received have always been and remain pleasant and favourable, and are the main reason why I have returned a number of times over the past 5 years or so. The £1 transaction fee when paying by debit charge is frustrating but not hidden and well advertised. --- I was told to wait until I received an email confirming my currency had arrived. I waited 72 hours before I went to the branch only to be told that all currency is sent back after 24 hours if uncollected even though no confirmation was sent.
