The rate is just average but the staff is just not up to standard. The manager gave me a dirty look when I question why the rate quoted to me when I ordered my currency is different from when I collected today. The lady who was serving me kept showing me what was written on the slip which I can't read as the glass was reflecting the image. I gave her the slip where the rates were written and she had to change the rate. Also charged me £1 for using debit card which she did not tell me. The old staff used to be very nice and they had all left and new manager is a miserable person. Will think twice going to them in future. Will walk to another shop next time

I have used Ace-Fx now 4 or 5 times, I always find their service and rates very good! The rates are much better then say from the post office or supermarkets. Its never any hassle using these guys:)
