Absolutely the worst customer experience I have experienced. Advertise free returns on their website but when contacted customer service they want £20 fee for the return!! Please be aware. A reply to the message below! If an item is faulty you always get free return, to advertise free return on every single page is very misleading. Furthermore on the return fee charge, you charge £20, a quick search online shows options from only £8.

There was a mix up with the order. But the customer service was good to get a replacement item couriered out asap, and organise a pick up for the incorrect item.
