From initial enquiry a few months ago to pram bundle delivery to York England , very helpful and informed staff over the phone .in this competitive world they offered the best price . I paid a deposit to secure this, which then came down slightly which they honoured. Prompt Regular email replies and updates and when I requested shipment it was delivered in less than 48 hours. Original 1 star - Researched Stokke highchairs online and found Tony Kealys to have the best deal and one of the few sites that showed everything to be in stock with delivery estimated 1-3 days. I should have known there would be a catch. Once ordered I was informed it was out of stock, only once they had received my money. Not to mention this was the most expensive version of the chair and it did not inform me that other cheaper colours were in stock. If I’m lucky it will arrive two weeks after I ordered it at the earliest. I asked if it could be sent as soon as it’s received but was informed there were no other delivery options such as next day. So asked what compensation was available as I’m now having to source another highchair to use whilst I wait for the delivery and haven’t heard anything back since. Very disappointed.

I never knew how expensive baby chairs are, guess this one will be passed on as inheritance. After many days of searching the Internet and my soul for the inner Scrooge I realised the tonykealys.co.uk offer was the best one on the market and I went with this. I received it a bit later than expected as it was during Christmas and I felt like MacGyver assembling it, but here we are with the most expensive piece of furniture. 100% worth it and the seller was great with updates and very prompt in replying when I had questions.
