1. Delivery was ridiculous slow, took a day to collect the parcel and another day to get the stuff scanned at the HUB. 2. My partner was at home all the time, but thanks to the lazy delivery man, I climbed several floors with this huge package. 3. Definitely an improvement needed for the package, nearly all of the nails are out the high chair box. 4. Customer service line was NEVER connected, no matter what time we called.

Arrived promptly, with no hassle, as described. Outer wrapping a bit worse for wear by the time it arrived but actual box and contents spot on. Would not hesitate to use again

The order previously mentioned didn’t arrive until Tuesday 2 hours later than the time slot given. The box was opened, the screws were missing and all parts of the chair except one were damaged.

Very pleased with the car seat. Really liked the buy now pay later feature which gives you a chance to try the seat to ensure is right.

Really quick delivery and item arrived well.

My wife and I was in the belfast store and decided to buy the jolie everystage fx. Lucky the cork store had two of them so we decided to purchase both of them. After two weeks we heard nothing so called not once but three times only to be told it was not available. Very poor service we need the car seat so now trying to source another one.
