Absolutely brilliant service and delivery time. Delivery was by DPD so I knew the time slot for delivery which was really helpful.

Poor customer service, i used tony kealys twice and both times i was disappointed. First time customer service was very bad..for weeks they lied to us about our order and finally after so many phone calls we received our order in parts... Car seat came 2 days before my due date. And second time when i ordered online they send me used items... They sell very expensive baby stuff but be aware that behind sweet talk theres no professionalism.

I went into the Tony Keayls shop on the Boucher Rd Belfast to seek advice on how to order the Tripp Trapp High chair and accessories on line. The girls in the shop were extremely helpful and I left the shop knowing exactly what to do. I ordered the high chair on Friday morning and it arrived on Tuesday morning. Also the Tripp Trapp High chair had discount... best rate on Internet that I could find. Excellent experience and definitely recommend this shop. A special thank you to Ashley who went the extra mile.
