Amazing small company that truly puts their customer at the heart of their business. I was searching for a travel pram and having settled on a particular model, I came across to Lester Nurseryworld. To be honest, I was a little hesitant to order from a small business not knowing their level of service, but my experience dealing with them (and Michael, in particular) has been exceptional! The buggy I wanted was out of stock at the time of order, however Michael emailed to advise of my order status and expected timelines. This wasn’t an automated system update, but rather a considered and personal update. Nice touch - thank you! Delivery was also very straightforward. I’ll certainly be buying other things for my baby from them.

So impressed with the great customer service. I called the shop and asked if an item I purchased online could be shipped same day which the manager was happy to assist with. Item arrived next day with tracking notification from Royal Mail!
