Great service , was unsure if I would be away when item arrived. Was assured by a lovely lady, they would hang on to my Joolz pram & buggy until I returned, luckily it was delivered early and my son & daughter in law are really happy with pram / buggy Thank you

Lesters nursery world I'll be back

Ordering from Lesters nursery world was very easy, I got my product very quickly, love the product (silvercross motion glacier) which ha been very hard to find with next day delivery, but lesters world had it, thank you very much

Overall Good Experience

On 14/2, I ordered some Stokke products from Lesters Nurseryworld as the items were out of stock elsewhere and seemed to be cheaper on their website. One of the items was marked for a delivery in early March. I assumed it was a stock issue as well, so waited till early March and heard nothing on my order. I waited till mid-March and still no news. I wrote to customer care to follow-up on the order but received no response. I started feeling sceptical and wondered if it was a legitimate business or if I have been scammed until I found a good rating and positive reviews on Trust Pilot. I found a number and decided to call them. A guy called Michael answered and everything went smooth from then on. He apologised for having missed my email inquiry and updated me on the status of my order. I finally received the order on 28/03. Thankfully, I was not in a rush to receive the delivery, otherwise, I think I would have been upset with the lack of communication and the delay in the delivery. Overall, I had a great experience but I took a star away for the lack of communication on the status of my order for a whole month.

I had the most amazing customer service! My product was dispatched quickly and when I had a query it was responded to straight away. Staff polite and lovely. I will definitely use more often in the future! Great pricing as well. My Bugaboo Fox 5 was £400 cheaper here than elsewhere and it’s perfect ☺️
