I contacted Cambridge Masks with some pre-sale questions and was gobsmacked with the speed of email replies, I've never seen such a fast customer service response! I duly ordered, got a great deal in their sale, and received my masks which are fabulous. I highly recommend Cambridge Masks and will definitely use them in the future! Fantastic mask. The convenience factor of its adjustment to perfectly seal around the face & take off to a resting position makes so much difference. While the filtration requires more effort to breathe the same volume, the air feels tangibly cleaner, and it is almost comfortable enough to sleep in. Unlike more clinical-looking masks, the casual feel & appearance of the thing, and the effortlessness of putting it on and off, goes a large way to reducing the social anxiety of making a statement of mask-wearing. My prime motivation in purchasing the mask is infection sequestration – the confidence of absolute minimal risk of receiving or perpetuating aerosol transmission. But it is also very valuable in mitigating the effects of pollution & pollen, which helps with asthma & allergic reactions.

This is a truly excellent company, they value customers above all else! And their masks are the best ones we’ve worn, even our little 5 year wears one happily!!!

Exceptional from ordering to delivery

Had excellent customer service from Cambridge Mask Co. The masks are great as they tighten with little toggles.

I love your masks, but have trouble with my nose itching from tiny hairs that arise from the fabric after they've been worn a few times. My partner doesn't have this problem, so I order the masks for him now, and he loves them. Also, I ended up originally ordering a small sized mask for myself, thinking that this size would fit my very small face, but eventually, after trying all the sizes, ended up using the largest size which fit my face the best.

After using Cambridge masks in a size large for the past two years, I’ve noticed a marked change in their product. In my past two orders, the large valved masks have been cut considerably smaller than all my previous ones, making them uncomfortable to wear. I’m wary of reordering due to this inconsistency in sizing.

Quickly delivered and a lovely mask. This is my fifth over a number of years and I find them invaluable for helping me to cope with my asthma during high pollen levels or when doing a dusty job. I can cycle and walk with friends in the countryside without having to worry. A small bonus of covid times means they are much more accepted by others now whereas five years ago mask wearing was more unusual.
