Cambridge masks are the best option for me to filter out environmental allergens. I’m wearing N95’s for indoor protection needs but the Cambridge bests them for my environmental protection against allergens like smog, pollen, second hand smoke and the like. I’ve been using Cambridge masks since before 2020 and this purchase was to update my stash of masks after not using them much the last few years.

I have been using these masks for 5years now and their quality is excellent. Customer service and choice has improved over the years and now matches the quality of the mask. More "cheerful" mask patterns are available now which is good.

We first ordered masks in early 2020 in the pandemic. So glad to have them! Great construction, and I felt totally at ease wearing them in public. Also great that they are hand-washable. In 2022 I ordered 2 more masks and accidentally ordered the wrong size. I wanted to get the "pretty" Dearle Pro for myself. Realized I had ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service. They were fantastic and on point at getting things sorted out. Shout out to Tania! Great customer service! Now I have the correct size and the pattern is so pretty, as well as knowing I am protected for pollen, germs, etc. Thank you for a superior product Cambridge mask!

I ordered three of the pro vented masks for myself and my wife for traveling. The masks are very comfortable and the included head straps make them perfectly comfortable for long term continuous wearing. The lower adjustment strings really help get a good fit on the mask. The vent keeps things from getting too damp. I look forward to using these through fire season to keep my lungs clear.

I have only recently discovered these wonderful masks after my Niece recommended them. They are the best masks i have ever purchased. Great value for money. From ordering to delivery is a straight forward process. I ordered on Saturday and received on Tuesday. Beautifully packaged. Will def be ordering in the future and i highly recommended. I've been using Cambridge Masks for a while now, I was recommended them by a friend who owned one before the pandemic, she had been told about them by her respiratory consultant and was using them on public transport to reduce her chances of infection/virus. When the pandemic kicked off, I put myself on an order for a Cambridge Mask and bought one for my family too. I have been using them ever since, and have owned many. I have had a problem with 2, and it has been resolved immediately with replacements sent out very quickly. I wore the masks to 4 large events, three of these events was 30,000 people and one event was over 70,000 and I felt safe - and did not test covid positive. They are a little heavy and the straps are quite large. I use the head band for them, but find my hair has to be up in a band for the band to rest on it to keep it slipping down, which can be a bit of a pain. It's a small inconvenience for the knowledge of safety and have been recommending them to others too. I also like that they do regular sales, where their older designs are greatly reduced and sold at a fantastic price. They are a bargain for a reusable mask with such strong specifications.

I'm very disappointed in my mask. The order process was a nightmare because every time I tried to pay with PayPal the web site said there were 'technical problems'. All the customer service adviser could suggest was refreshing the page. After trying for half an hour, I went back to it later in the day, and was successful on my 4th attempt. My masks were dispatched promptly, and didn't take long to arrive. No complaints there. I like how easy the size if to adjust. My big problem is how thick the straps are. They are just far too thick for the space between my ear and my head and squash down the tops of my ears which is uncomfortable and doesn't feel very secure. Edited to add: The mask I'd already tried to use fitted my husband just fine (he has big sticky-out ears!), so he's had that one and Cambridge refunded me for the other one, and haven't asked me to return it. I'm very pleased with the customer service, but still disappointed with the overall fit of the mask around my ears. It does come with a head strap, so if you don't mind wearing it that way, the thick ear straps aren't a problem. I particularly want a mask I can wear with ear straps.

I have purchased 8 masks in total now from Cambridge Mask Co. over two orders. I was very pleased with my first order, but as I measure my usage by wash (after every use) rather than number of hours (which could be for just a couple of hours at a time), I was concerned about how often these masks would need to be replaced to protect me in the pandemic. After some confusion with initial customer service agents after how washing impacts upon the filter, I received a clarification phone call from a senior representative of the company apologising and giving a very clear explanation of testing and supply chain. I was grateful for her patience, thorough explanation and time in listening deeply and addressing my concerns with thorough explanations with regard to testing regime. She took great efforts to clarify earlier confusion. In short, this customer service was exemplary, and so very appreciated in a pandemic. Thank you!

I bought a mask and wore it. It was very uncomfortable so I wrote and told them. They immediately offered to replace it for free and the new mask is perfect. As for whether it protects or not, I think it is better than the silk and cotton ones I use. But I needed to compliment them on excellent customer service

I have been using the Cambridge mask company since March 2020, basically since the start of the pandemic in Europe. I usually have, at least 2, just to make sure that if 1 breaks or if I lose 1, then I always have a spare. They are comfortable, and effective, I would say that they are the best masks in Britain. Why pay 2 to 3 pounds for a mask that is single use, when you can get a Cambridge mask that will do you from 3 to 6 months.
