Great masks

Great masks. Only disappointment is that often the ones I love are not available without a valve . Customer service is very user friendly too

First class design and functionality

Can’t fault any aspect of the design, comfortable to wear, spectacle fogging non existant and unlike the clones has durability. Covid 19 has not disappeared, and if mask wearing reduces transmission , the cambridge mask has my vote.

Two good points about Cambridge mask with one downside.

The mask has been very good from two perspectives. It is the mark where I feel I can breathe freely. The headband and the design of the ear loops makes it easier for me not to lose a hearing aid as it has becomes tangled up in ear loops in other masks. Unfortunately on washing one mask I dislodged the filter and can't see how to get it fixed back into place.

Disappointed with the product, but reasonable customer service......

I purchased two sets of masks from this firm for my wife and I and for a long haul flight. We found the masks extremely uncomfortable after a couple of hours of continuous use though and they begun to chafe the skin around our ears due to the thick straps and so we returned them back to their boxes and replaced them with the cheap paper masks that were supplied by the airline. On return from our vacation, I contacted Cambridge Masks to share our experience and to request a refund on the two unopened masks, as I thought even though the masks had failed to deliver the level of "service" which is so openly promoted on their web site, that this was a reasonable response. However, from initial contact with Cambridge Masks this was clearly not going to be the simple process that I envisaged and they insisted on photographic evidence of the unopened masks that I wanted to return and tracked delivery of the masks back to their premises before they would even consider the return of the defective goods and the relevant refund and five days after notification by Royal Mail of their receipt of the masks, I had still not received any refund. I eventually received a refund this morning, but it was not for the full amount that I had paid for the two masks that I had returned or the return postage cost, which is extremely frustrating when I had tried to reach a compromise with this firm and this just shows the type of company that you are dealing with, as what I should have done is just requested a full refund via Pay Pal for all the monies that I paid, as the masks that we purchased were clearly not fit for purpose. 28.04.22 - I received a refund on the balance of the monies that I had paid to Cambridge this morning, as well as an apology for their failures and so I have added this note to give an accurate description of my experience with this company and updated my above initial rating by one star. I now consider this matter closed.

Very poor straps

Since posting this Review Cambridge Mask Company has been in touch with me, and following discussions, they have refunded me the full cost of the two masks. I believe this to be an appropriate action and shows a respect for the views of its customers, and a willingness to listen to complaints and act on them in a positive fashion, which is refreshing in this day and age. Thank you. Following a recommendation, my partner and I bought 2 Cambridge masks, one medium size and one small, just prior to travelling to Italy. They fitted us very well around the face, but the width of the strap around the ears made them impossible to wear for any length of time. As well as giving us the "Mickey Mouse" look, not in itself too important, the discomfort after a relatively short time became too much. We stopped wearing them after the first day. The masks would have been ideal with a simple thin elastic strap such as are fitted to most masks, or with straps that go around the head.

After having paid GBP 28 for so-called…

After having paid GBP 28 for so-called express shipping to Australia and the masks were duly despatched on 11 April, we have still not received them (27 April.) I have requested a trace from Jersey Post only to be told by them that the consignment is not a traceable item. This is entirely unacceptable and non-delivery means that our trip away tomorrow condemns us to travelling without suitable protection. I am not impressed.

The mask is beautiful and colourful

The mask is beautiful and colourful. Made me happy to wear it. I bought a mask with a valve. Easy to breathe. The most important thing is that my glasses did not steam, while they always steam in the masks that do not have valves. Certainly recommend to buy. Makes good present to someone.
