First Order and we received an package with our name and address but the contents was an item that we had not ordered with a invoice to another person which included their name and address - I appreciate that this is not the fault of Cambridge Masks, it was their distribution company that had made the error of the wrong label on the wrong package, and Cambridge Masks quickly sent out replacements together with our second order which all came together to the correct address. I guess therefore perhaps this review is a little hard on Cambridge Masks, but after our complaint to them in regards to this, and having no call back or explanatory email that our data had been sent to someone else and theirs to us, which I would presume would have GDPR implications, it felt as if this was almost 'acceptable' or that it happened frequently and just the same replacement products were enough. I am not so sure, what has changed at the distribution centre to stop it from happening again? Masks themselves, fantastic, comfortable and easy to wear - just a shame that there was a very poor choice due to lack of stock when we were ordering but otherwise very happy.

There is a comfort in knowing that you yourself are being protected as well as other people who may catch Covid from you! The mask functions well but the straps could be improved as they do not always sit comfortably on the ears. Nevertheless worth the slight discomfort. Plan to continue using - perhaps for the long term future.

These masks work very well but are spoiled by some poor design centred around the loops that go round the ear. They are too thick. People who wear glasses and hearing aids may find that there isn't enough room for everything. Also, the stick-on padding for the bridge of the nose does not survive being washed. I found it wasn't necessary to use it anyway. But apart from that, they are very comfortable.

These masks really filtered unwanted fragrances for me which is helpful for my fragrance intolerance issues. A quality product with great customer service. Exchanged my mask for size without question!

These are the only reusable masks I trust. During allergy season and fire season they are the only thing that helps with breathing. I’ve also tried on them heavily during the pandemic. I do wish the ear loops were adjustable, as I need a large mask but have to pin and sew the ear loops to be shorter for a good sealed fit.
