I have ordered dozens of pro masks-…and they have some issues.

Over the course of a year and a half I have ordered dozens of pro masks- mostly the Churchill and Admiral when they are on sale. On prior reviews I’ve stated that the Churchill and Admiral pro masks I’ve received have lots of little “fibers” sticking up out of the inside of the mask. They are very ticklish to the nose and face and are very hard to wear. The only way I’ve figured out how to get rid of them is to singe them with a long handled grill starter. But I shouldn’t have to do that. I’ve ordered a few of the 65Roses Pro masks and they have a extra piece of material on the inside so there is no problem with the little “fibers” tickling your face. The 65Roses Pro masks were created for people with Cystic Fibrosis- hence the extra layer of material on the inside. I would certainly pay a little extra for the other Pro masks if they had a extra layer of non itchy material on the inside. Because really- you might have the best mask in the world with the best technology but if the material on the inside of the mask is so ticklish and itchy that you can’t wear it safely- then why buy it? Also- I’ve had a few minor problems with a few of the masks but a quick email to Cambridge Mask Co and the problem is solved immediately. In closing- Cambridge Mask company really needs to fix the issue with the itchy- ticklish fibers on the inside of the pro masks.

What a great company!

When my order arrived the masks were too small. On reporting this Cambridge Masks immediately sent a larger size with no fuss or bother. The service throught was brilliant and i felt I actually knew the people I dealt with - they were so friendly and efficient. Thank you Cambridge masks.

Very soft on my face

Very soft on my face. Wear all day to teach and have still avoided Covid so far. Only drawback, my ears fold over.

I am very happy with my Cambridge mask

I am very happy with my Cambridge mask, thank you! This is my second one - I have found after 6 months of washing them they go a little out of shape but still wearable - they are very good quality otherwise.

Great masks but could do with loyalty discount

Great masks, on the expensive side but the main disappointment is that they don't offer any loyalty discounts for repeat customers. Customer service team are a bit hit and miss, some are super helpful others less so.

Just the job to protect us.

Ordered 2 more masks for.my wife and received them very quickly. These masks have kept us safe for the last 2 years. Unfortunately we were unable to use them at a recent wedding and have now got Covid! (super spreader event). Once recovered and properly back in circulation we will resume using masks in shops etc. I really do not wish to catch Covid again.

Very happy with our masks

Very happy with our masks. They are a good fit and reasonably comfortable and will give us more confidence when venturing out when needed after 2 years of shielding.

Peace of mind...

I've used my Cambridge masks throughout the pandemic. A few weeks ago I had washed both on the same day so ended up wearing a paper mask. Ended up with Covid. That was the only day I'd been out. Lesson learned.
