Very disappointed in several ways. Sizing seems VERY hit and miss. The size guide doesn’t really correspond with my face shape and that doesn’t work well when the ear straps can’t be adjusted adequately. Most shockingly, there is a 3cm difference in the sizes of 2 size Medium masks that I ordered and received at the same time. Having sent photos and explained that neither seem to fit well I’ve just been told to keep adjusting the toggles to find a good fit!! One of the masks received also has a nose wire that isn’t embedded into the material properly and sticks into my nose. The response from Cambridge Masks is to use the stick on foam included, which may help but isn’t what that is intended for… and isn’t the point really if the mask is poorly made. It’s also very surprising to pay so much for delivery when ordering a single, postbox sized item. On the positive side, the material of the face piece does seem good quality and I assume very protective in itself (albeit I can’t benefit from it if the masks fit poorly). Also a word of warning over singing up for the newsletter! It says you’ll get 20% off if you join the mailing list, but fails to be up front about the fact that only applies to a limited number of masks and can not be used at certain times when they have a sale on (even if you want to buy a full priced item!). I found this another example of just not being user friendly. I really wanted to love the products and company as many other fellow COVID vulnerable people that I know do… but I’ve sadly wasted money on 3 expensive masks that I’m not convinced offer me adequate protection and are not the quality I’d expect when paying for a premium priced product.

Buying experience was easy and I received the masks right away from the US warehouse. My only gripe is that the mask is too tight around my ears to wear for long periods of time. I have tried different sizes. Other than that, I would recommend.
