The masks are washable, and FFP2 standard equivalent, which is great. I have always found the ear straps much too thick (they bend my ears and then slide off), so the head strap that is included is very useful. In spite of using the sizing guide, I had to exchange the L for M. A cumbersome process (very elaborate/ complex language in the customer service emails) but they generously sent an extra M sized mask. So overall, I'm happy.

Well structured, good looking reusable FFP2 masks. I have a slight issue with one of the ear straps frequently falling off, although I'm sure it wouldn't if I used the head band too.

Very surprised how quick they came and I’m wearing everyday I go out! Hopefully the mask protects me as best as it can.

Having bought 7 Cambridge Masks previously and been extremely pleased with them (definitely 5 stars) the most recent purchases have been extremely disappointing. They are too big, although they are a medium like all my previous masks. The ear loops are too big - don't create a tight fit so they are pointless. Have you changed your sizing? Do I need a small now? I tried with the extension pieces but they are still too big around the chin area. One star is because the the delivery was prompt. Very disappointed

Really pleased with my Cambridge mask. I recently took a flight out of the UK and felt a lot safer. Delivery on time. Would buy from Cambridge Mask company again.

Ran into a problem with the delivery as it seemed to get stuck once it came into the country but the help desk was able to kick it free the same day I sent a note to them about it. I've received my masks now, they fit well and are quite comfortable.

Good to have guidance on sizing, a choice of sizes, then a choice of colours and patterns, prompt delivery and a spectacle option. Just awsome
