This asks for an opinion about Rockwell…

This asks for an opinion about Rockwell Legal Group, not the customer service representative we just talked to. Overall (about one a half years now) we have not been happy with Rockwell. First of all, every time we call we have to be on hold for an average of 40 minutes to get a live person, and generally that person doesn't then do what they tell us they will do. We finally talked to Jason C. this afternoon and he did what he said he would do, and he did it right away! He was wonderful and I would give him personallly 5 stars! Finally. We have had to make 8 to 10 calls to Michael Bunyan in New York. He never answers his phone and he never ever returns calls. We have placed 5 additional calls to Rockwell to clear this up and Jason was the only one who helped. Reward him! This issue has been going on for over 2 months. The paperwork that needed signed was sent to Michael on December 6th .... one month ago, and we have had to beg 5 different people for it. Thank you.

Ok it was difficult being placed on hold for couple weeks but I finally got thru. But your employer named David was very helpful in helping me skip a payment for the month of January 2020. Rockwell really rocks well. ..

Worse thing I ever signed up for this…

Worse thing I ever signed up for this program was implemented to help me get out of debt I became more in debt credit card companies begin to sue me and went into my bank and took every dime I had not just my account but my husband accounts as well no one tried to help or answer the phone when I tried to get the situation handled I would give them 0 stars but can't

I called to get an update of my account. The rep who I was told handled my account was not available. Jason, who took the call took the time to get for me the information I wanted. He was very courteous and professional.

Rockwell group delivered everything…

Rockwell group delivered everything they said they would do for me. They played straight with me. Didn't promise easy, just results if I followed the program and held up my end. The results are happening! Thank you!!

Called to report a mistake mad on form…

Called to report a mistake mad on form I had filled out. Talked to Rockwell person and told her what I had done wrong. She sent me a new form to fill out instantly for me to correct.
