Sorry but your website clearly stated on Sunday the you had the product in stock (toilet roll tissue) and it even said how many you had. My order should have reserved the quantity I purchased. To then receive an email on the Monday to basically say sorry hard luck we ran out. Was unacceptable. Your stock system should have allocated my order at the time. So if anyone ordered after that, it would be there hard luck not mine. For all I know you're stock of toilet tissue was distributed to your staff rather than fulfilling customer orders.

i have paid for two items with next day delivery. both items were in stock at time of order. it is now over a week and I have still not received these items. no response to phone calls and no response to three emails.

The stuff was as described and turned up promptly, what more can you ask?

I'm honestly so surprised at the quality of these products for the price and the fact you offer next day delivery for little extra is incredible!!!
