Good shipping time and a good quality

Arrived promptly using dpd tracked service, easy website and syrups taste great

Lovely plates ordered but they arrived with most smashed and the few that were not were scratched or clearly weakened. The packaging was not suitable in any way for the goods. I did get a refund, but not for the delivery which was nearly £8.00.

Ordered first class delivery twice and they both arrive a week later. the picture online for items are sometimes not correct leading to misunderstanding and wrong order.

I cannot fault this company at all, my order arrived and one thing was damaged but I got in touch and it was replaced immediately - delivered the next day.

Reasonable pricing although delivery a little pricey, but Items arrived in good time and condition. Good advice on how to store etc. Would recommend.
