Products arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The scraper is great just what I wanted, but you get a low marking for the gross amount of packaging it came it. You wrapped it in a metre long piece of bubble-wrap inside a plastic bag - both of these will have to go to landfill. Then because you had made such a huge package that wouldn't go through my letterbox you had to bother my neighbour to deliver it. Surely a simple envelope (or jiffy bag) would have been enough. I am not impressed.
