Love tike took my order for 4 mugs even though they did not have them in Stock . Received an email saying it would be a week before they got new stock in. I accepted this but heard nothing after a week so had to call them to be told it would be another week before they would arrive . Not at all happy with them not keeping me updated and very disappointed at the service and dispatch times I have received. Still awaiting my order and will not be using this company again . Very poor.

Really well priced items (I bought Kilner). One item I ordered had only 4 left in stock (I ordered 5), I quickly received a very helpful, apologetic email offering an alternative or refund. I opted for a refund which happened virtually immediately. Quick, free delivery (order was around £60) and everything well packed. Excellent.
