Our walltable arrived very securely packed in a magic wooden box 🤩🙈 the table is a masterpiece and we absolutely love it 🥰 We received the parcel within less than two weeks although our table had special measurements and our own created visual (by late April / early May, a period full of bank holidays). Da vi flyttede ind var der ikke meget fra indflytnings rapporten der skulle laves, ifølge Aalborg boligselskab. Under lejeperioden blev der mangler der gjorde at lejlighedens stand ikke var iorden at bo i, men det var ikke noget der skulle fikses da det var for dyrt for Aalborg boligselskab… Da vi flyttede ud var tonen en helt anden her skulle alt laves, det blev en dyr omgang for os. Skulle jeg på et tidspunkt have behov for at leje igen, ville jeg kigge efter et andet boligselskab med bedre værdier for lejeren…

Er netop fraflyttet mit lejemål hos Aalborg Selvskab efter 8 år. Oplevelsen de første par år var ikke prangende, men efter Nicolai kom på kontoret har det været en positiv oplevelse. Jeg har haft en del forskellige udfordringer i lejemålet/opgangen som Nicolai samt viceværterne har været gode til at reagere på. Det er ikke alt der kan klares, men det at føle sig imødekommet og der er forståelse samt handling i det omfang som har været muligt. Selve fraflytningen har Nicolai håndteret på allerbedste vis.

Jeg har boet i Aalborg Boligselskab i over 3 år, og har intet negativt oplevet. De har været åbne, imødekommende og behjælpelige med, hvad end der har stået af udfordringer eller andet. Faktisk har de regelmæssigt gået udover, hvad der forventes af et boligselskab! Alt fra fraflytning til reperation og service af forskellige ydelser, der er ikke en negativ finger at sætte på virksomheden fra min personlige oplevelse. Et kæmpe skud ud skal der særdeles gives til Rasmus, som var den primære person, som har hjulpet mig med indflytningen af den nyeste lejlighed jeg lige et flyttet ind i!

HURTIG OG FANTASTISK GOD SERVICE Vi har gennem 5 år haft lejet en p-plads gennem Aalborg Boligselskab, der har aldrig været problemer og i gården hvor p-pladsen er der ikke megen plads. Men sammen med de andre har set altid fungeret og aldrig aldrig været nogle problemer. Vi havde så parkeret vores bil torsdag aften ved 2100 og skal først bruge den søndag morgen igen. Her havde vi så fået en p-bøde, for at holde på vores betale plads, god nok med hjulene lidt oven på den en hvide streg markering. Ikke noget vi havde gjort med vilje eller bevist for at irritere andre. Samt at det tydeligvis ikke havde været et problem i næsten 2 døgn, for inde, da bøden først var lavet kl. 1800 lørdag aften. Dette har ej heler været et tema før, og vil også give et støre problem i denne tid vi går møde med sne og is. Grundet pladsen i gården. Mener at der her i disse små gårde p-pladser må være en minimums grænse. Skriver så til Tobias Aalborg Boligselskab, han / de er helt på vores side i ovenstående / enig. Han tager fat i COPARK mandag og samme aften ved 1900 tiden for vi besked tilbage om at bøden er annulleret. Helt fantastisk hurtig god service. Hertil kommer også at der er to andre fra Aalborg boligselskab som har ringet og fulgt op på sagen. Positiv god oplevelse med Aalborg Boligselskab, oven på en meget træls oplevelse søndag morgen med COPARK.

Som førstegangsudeboende har det været utrolig trygt at leje gennem Aalborg Boligselskab. Allerede ved fremvisning af lejligheden hos Maria blev vi taget rigtig godt i mod og fik svar på alle vores spørgsmål! Vi har nu boet her i tre måneder og de få ting, der har været har viceværten Jacob været utrolig hurtig og effektiv til at handle på. Alt i alt en virkelig positiv oplevelse som vi forhåbentlig skal nyde af i mange år😃

We enjoyed Wingfield Wines World Tour at the Cote Brasserie few years ago, so this year I bought the Spanish Wine and Tapas evening for my husband Ben for his birthday. I was a little bit apprehensive as he has not been a huge fan of Spanish wines in the past (he’s Italian origin - is it a bit like the English and the Scots? cheerful rivalry?) , but I thought the South American element might interest him. And there’s always Rioja…. Plus - huge draw - the tasting evening is at Jamon Jamon in the REALLY convenient location of Soho. Didn’t know Jamon Jamon and the private room set aside just for us for the tasting evening was a revelation / very private, colourful pleasant setting. Great service by the waiters. You feel you are attending something special - a good move for a birthday celebration gift. Gilbert Winfield greeted us with a very warm welcome and, as before, was very chatty and friendly. I remembered that from the World Tour and really liked that, as I have been to other tastings , especially on the Continent (have I mentioned Austria?) where the atmosphere was stuffy, not particularly friendly and therefore a bit intimidating. This was nothing like that. Very friendly, casual, fun atmosphere, but with lots of attention paid by Gilbert to teaching us as much as he could about the different wines and encouraging us to participate (only if we wanted to) and ask questions, offer opinions etc. Very well organised and focussed on the wines. The wine selection was very interesting indeed and covered Spain and several South American countries in a comparative and highly informative way. Plenty of wine on offer and no eyebrows were raised if we didn’t use the spittoons and instead drank away. As one of the other guests and I agreed, we were certainly not going to waste the wine by using the spittoons. Strikes me that Gilbert is a walking encyclopaedia on wine, but manages to convey the information without being patronising, snooty or boring. Quite the opposite in fact. It was a lot of fun, with lots of laughter. Lastly, there was absolutely no pressure at all to purchase any wines, but if you did want to do so, then the price and where to buy (including from Winfield Wines, but also from Waitrose, Lidl etc.) details were readily accessible. Oh, yes, lastly lastly, the tapas food was excellent and plentiful (and matched to enhance the wine) - and neither Ben nor I usually like tapas, so that is truly saying something. Can’t thing of anything I’d ask Gilbert to do differently, and that is also saying something. Looking forward to other events! Keen to do more. A really entertaining, fun evening where we both learnt a lot. And Ben was very pleased with his birthday gift!

Great service. I had my dental treatment on jan 3rd and was met by Emma at the clinic. She was fantastic. Made me feel at ease and told me what to expect. I can’t fault the service from EDS at all. Emma even travelled 7hrs to meet me for my treatment.

My teeth journey with (EDS MED CARE) from the get go was so easy stress free and pain free. And was kept updated with any info or questions required Sam who is you initial point of contact whilst in England to the smooth transition to Emma who speaks perfect English who deals with you from the minute we hit London Gatwick to leave for turkey and was even at TANTALYA dental practice with us to guide us through l. I would also like to give a big thanks to Berkay oksuz he was at the dental practice and on the phone for anything we needed and speaks amazing English to which helps massively. I undertook some APC Valuation training with Nicholas Zorpides for my recent RICS APC interview. Whilst we only managed to book the training in at very short notice, Nicholas was able to co-ordinate a high level, fast paced series of sessions to readdress the fundamentals of Valuation, setting a series of mini tasks which we reported on at subsequent sessions, and he ensure we had a thorough understanding of Hardcore/Top layer and Term & Reversion methods, including the different scenarios in which we would use them. I would recommend Nicholas' valuation training for anybody who has previoiusly covered valuations and needs a refresher in advance of their APC.

Nicholas and Co were swift to reply to our original enquiry and arranged for the survey to take place within a week. I was pleased with the survey and Nicholas helpfully arranged for us to have a call to discuss it, he also took the time to offer potential solutions to the main problem highlighted which was really useful. There was a loft space that Nicholas was unable to access, so I sent a few photos photo after the event which he was happy to comment on. As a firm they were great to deal with and couldn’t do enough to help. A friend had recommended them to me and I would also recommend them highly.

Edit: Update: He has threatened to take me to court for this review. I think you now know what kind of person he is. He is being investigated by the RICS for my complaint. In response to the below: His website states 2 addresses which do not exist and I have had a lot of trouble with the court trying to identify his address. His company is held with a holding company. He has been a director of many companies which are no longer active. I have of course reported him to the RICS and have sent a letter before action. He has refused a refund and as yet has still not provide an appropriate valuation report. These kind of fraudulent surveyors should be removed from the register and I will be pursing this man vigorously through the courts Regarding his recording of calls this is illegal if not used for certain purposes and it is illegal to share with third parties including the existing of a recording as stated below. I will be contacting my legal representatives to take this further Dreadful Paid £400 for a market valuation. It took a week for the report. When it arrived it contained the wrong address and a valuation that was ridiculously low. When challenged he just says it is a draft. What is the point of paying £400 if he cannot value a simple studio flat. I have another survey from a reputable firm which shows that his valuation is over 40% below the market value. I have referred to RICS as he refused to provide complaints procedure and was rude on the phone. Currently taking to court to get a refund. Do not use - you have been warned.

Nicholas acted for me in a lease extension submission to a landlord. Nicholas carried out the valuation and subsequently led the negotiations with the landlord. The valuation was undertaken quickly and met my time constraints. Nicholas explained to me clearly and concisely every step of the valuation process. This was for me incredibly important as it enabled me to understand how the values were arrived at and avoided ambiguity going forward. Due to Nicholas professional approach we very quickly arrived at an agreed outcome with the landlord. Very Patient and Extremely Supportive. We received a brilliant deal on our holiday thanks to this amazing Boullues Travel Company, especially when we only had a rough idea where to go and 4 woman to please.
