J’ai 34 ans, un syndrome des Ovaires Polykistiques (SOPK) diagnostiqué il y a 10 ans. J’en ai pesé 20 de plus. Je mange bien à ma faim et toujours avec plaisir. Seule la réduction des glucides a été efficace pour moi. Jamais pu perdre avec Ww. J’ai bientôt 57 ans et la ménopause se passe très bien! Très bonne forme physique émotionnelle et intellectuelle. J’ai retrouvé un bon sommeil. Un programme qui ne ressemble à aucun autre simple et efficace. On apprend à connaître son métabolisme et à faire ce qui est bon pour le relancer et vivre notre meilleure vie. On fait aussi la paix avec soi même. Je suis passé de je suis nulle sans volonté à je suis capable car je sais maintenant comment faire et pourquoi. Sophie est disponible et répond à chaque question. Mon seul regret c'est d'avoir hésité deux ans.

Le programme de Sophie est hyper structuré et cadré, elle est très claire dans ses propos. J'ai adoré recevoir une vidéo d'enseignement chaque matin, cela m'a aidé à ne rien lâcher. La bibliothèque d'enseignements en live est une mine d'or. Son programme fonctionne, -3.5kg en 1 mois. Parfait.

Je viens de terminer ma deuxième lecture du programme de 28 jours. Le premier constat que je peux faire c'est qu'il est tellement riche d'informations concrètes et complètes que cette deuxième lecture a été encore d'un grand enseignement. Quand on démarre le programme, on est accroché aux résultats, mais ensuite on comprend le fonctionnement de notre corps et on décripte les réponses qu'il nous envoie. Et là, on ne se sent plus démuni. La différence avec ce programme,c'est que j' accepte plus sereinement les temps de latence, je suis plus persévérante, j'ai changé de comportement face à mes pulsions alimentaires, je n'envoie pas tout balader avec l'effet assuré du retour à la case départ. Je comprends ce qui se passe et donc j'accepte. j'ai donc l' espoir que cette démarche sera la dernière, car elle durera dans le temps, cela même si je ne fais pas preuve d'un cheminement linéaire, puisque maintenant j'apprends à reconnaitre ce qui est bon autant que ce que qui m'est délétère . Il faut rajouter les grandes compétences pédagogiques de la formatrice. qui a réussi un travail colossal de vulgarisation des données médicales du programme. Merci Sophie.

It was also important to get the objection in ASAP as the council hadn't given us much time. PV supplied a very good draft document within the required timescale and even corrected some errors and added some additional arguments before I submitted it. Very happy with the result and cost. This letter and other objections resulted in the application being withdrawn fairly quickly; I'm sure a modified application will be submitted and, if necessary, I wouldn't hesitate to use PV again.

I was open to hypnotherapy but my expectations were surpassed by Jess who helped me gain control and make the improvements needed almost effortlessly. Before starting my sessions, I worried I’d feel vulnerable and find the experience daunting but Jess was brilliant at explaining the process, outlining what my issues were and helping shape some goals. By the time we started, I felt very relaxed and safe and felt the benefits almost immediately. I had a really positive experience and would return for support from Jess in the future.

I went to see Jessie as I had a driving test and couldn’t shake the nerves. She was so welcoming and made me feel relaxed. After my session with Jessie I felt a wave of confidence in myself and I had a positive mindset about my driving test. In the end I passed! Thank you Jessie, you were a massive help.

Always a great experience from drop off to the pick up of my Giant Schnauzer! Laci’s art of grooming is always pleasantly amazing! Great people who create a positive relationship with you and your pet. Clean facility and I love that my dog is not crated during his visit.

When I picked up my pup, he looked and smelled fresh and clean. His hair (which is naturally fine) was very soft. His nails were trimmed nicely. He is a very friendly dog and likes people, so I assume that he is not difficult to groom. I was not present for his grooming, so I don’t know exactly how it went. My only reservation is that he is always eager to leave when I pick him up. But, that could just be that he’s hoping for a nice walk. (BTW, the date of the appointment is just a guess. It was in late January or early February 2024.)
