There was a special offer if ordered before a certain date, but I missed that date due to the recent storm. It is a very handy referral book for genealogy in particular and great if you have had a member of your family in this organisation. I received an email from Anthony Tierney of Fourcourtspress before Christmas apologising for a delay in producing the book. It needed to be scanned outside of Ireland to achieve a top quality finished book as it was being reproduced from an older book. It is obvious that Fourcourtspress have extremely high standards. This process was going to cost more however unlike most businesses Fourcourtspress were not going to pass on this extra cost to it's customers. What fantastic customer service - You would not find a more honest and customer focused company anywhere. I have the utmost praise for Fourcoutspress and I will certainly purchase more books from this amazing company in the future. Highly recommend them and in particular Anthony Tierney. Thanks so much.

It seemed impossible to come by a 4 Courts publication by contacting many regional as well as national booksellers. So I 'phoned 4 Courts and was treated to a very friendly encounter and, within a day or two, the book I wanted was in my hands. What's more I did not end up paying more than I would have if I had found the book in any bookshop. Surely the various booksellers who said "No can do" could have done the same.

The salesman Andy at Project Solar told me that I could receive substantial intro fees for recommendations I made - I made 2 intros: one (my friend) wasn't contacted at all and the other (my brother) wasn't dealt with properly which meant that that didn't end up resulting in a sale either - as no sales were made, I was unable to earn referral fees so I am effectively hundreds of pounds out of pocket. They also didn't recommend bird proofing at time of installation, so that needed fitting retrospectively (as pigeons started nesting under my panels within 2 weeks of installation) and, lastly, they installed my battery and inverter in my loft which is against fire safety guidelines and therefore need moving which is apparently going to cost me £650. All in all, not sure I would recommend Project Solar unfortunately.

We’ve had a great service from start to finish. Larry explained everything that we would receive, earn, not have to worry over, etc. Scaffolding company came along, setup and were gone in a flash, the solar fitters were very similar, came along, setup and ran over everything before leaving. Again, can’t fault anything and would definitely recommend using them.

A brilliant service from start to finish with Project Solar. Simon Stanmore initially came out to do the assessment and talk me through it. He was very helpful, patient and informative. From the time of signing up, my installation was only days. The Electrician and fitters only took hours to install the system and were very friendly. Overall a very good experience and I would definately recommend.

Fast and efficient from start to finish. Quote was delivered extremely well with a breakdown of all costs and predicted savings. Installation was done within 2 weeks of accepting the quote. Battery and inverter was installed very securely and cables neat and tidy. The team were very polite and did not just throw it in and run. They also took me through the associated app.

The initial salesman who came to speak to us was very pushy and insistent that we sign a contract on the spot, which was strange and completely unreasonable. Installing a solar PV system with storage battery is pretty complex and there are lots of parameters to consider - there was no way I could make a decision there and then having only just seen the quotation. I declined and the whole experience put me off… … however, a different colleague from Project Solar (Nathan) called me back a few months later with a courtesy call to check the state of play, see where our thinking had got to and answer my questions. From this point onwards, the whole experience with Project Solar has genuinely been five-star - I couldn’t be happier. Nathan spent a lot of time and effort working through my questions, as did his colleagues Chris and Nathaniel. We considered different options for the installation, battery size, type of panels, they guided me through how this could fit with my existing panels in the best way, oversaw the DNO application, all with great responsiveness, technical knowledge and professionalism. The installation itself went smoothly - the guys who came on site were again very polite, professional and made sure they designed things with my needs in mind (discrete cable runs and conduits etc.) Derry led this as the electrician on site and was a pleasure to work with. He and his colleagues took the time to talk me through the Fox app, how it all worked and what I needed to do. Finally, the after care following the installation has again been superlative - Kane and colleagues in the office have been fantastic in helping me configure the system to make the most of my import/export tariffs, answering my questions and providing all manner of helpful advice. These guys really do care about their customers and I have been really impressed. Oh, and the system itself is top notch - working really well, easy to monitor and control, and integrated with Octopus’s tariffs and my electric vehicle. Even without much sunshine over the winter, the battery by itself has been a game changer in allowing us to use cheap overnight electric rates for all our usage. In short - great products, great company from design, through installation and aftercare, and a great customer experience with truly expert support. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a solar installation. I’m very glad Nathan called me back after our initial (oddly unfortunate) sales visit!!

Marek and his team are absolutely fantastic. We had a large job which included fixing a leaking roof, some of the walls had damp and the paint was peeling off, the kitchen needed to be made larger, toilet to be refurbished and a new utility room installed. The roof was fixed. The walls with damp were hacked to the brick and the moisture absorbed, re-plastered and painted. A new utility room was installed. Kitchen was made larger, new appliances added and toilet looks great. All in all the finished product was excellent and the regular communication along the way really helped us know how things were progressing. I couldn’t recommend this team anymore. We had our place renovated via Marek and the team roughly 2 years ago, not only they did a fantastic job they are also amazing when it comes to quick follow ups that arise from time to time The other day we had a minor issue with one of the PVC doors and Marek figured it out in a day after texting him the issue and pictures. Anytime even a nail drops in the house, I will be calling these guys - they are great!!

Got a phone call from Payeworx in July 2023 about their solution. I have now found out this company have appeared on the HMRC current list of named tax avoidance schemes, promoters, enablers and suppliers (March 2024). Luckily didnt end up using them at the time as could have landed a huge tax bill from HMRC.

David was terrific whilst booking and driving our minibus for 8 to Stanstead airport. He had 4 different pick ups to make 1st one at 5am and the rest all across Bedford this was no problem for him. He was On time, really friendly and helpful and very patient on the last pick up. Brilliant driver got us there well on time. When we came home our flight was 30 minuets early landing and he was still there on time. I have got to say this company is the best in Bedford. He is the best. This company worked in my house for ten days doing insulation work a new boiler and dump proofing.I wish to stress that the entire group of their staff did a highly professional job and their behaviour was impeccable! They replaced the insulation in my loft, put new internal insulation on the porch and cavity wall insulation for the walls. The guys turned up on time and did an excellent job. They were cheerful, polite and funny for the whole time, despite some of the jobs being quite hot and smelly and the some of the weather being quite cold and wet. They didn't do a planned job of underfloor insulation because they said what was there was fine - which was very honest of them and saved me a good lump of money. Would recommend them without hesitation.

The insulation installers were x2 guys who were very polite and tidy. They were particularly sensitive with my elderly and frail mum, they arrived on time introduced themselves and got on with the work swiftly and did all they could to minimise any disruption and left everything tidy.

the guys who came to my property were very very good hard working and had respect for my property iam so happy with the work they done and how fast they put my central heating in . i was,able leave them in my house why i went out im so happy with them all can u please thank then from me for a fantastic job they all did

Fitted boiler with an external condensing pipe when there was an easier better option. When it froze and damaged the boiler they put in less than 2 years ago, said it was nothing to do with them. Customer service first denied working for me at all, then claimed they had used the existing condensate pipe ( they hadn’t, they installed it). The person I spoke to spoke over me, cut me off and was generally unprofessional. Would not recommend. Shame as my initial impression was a good one. I notice they only respond to positive reviews.

Although I gave a 5 star in 2021 now after trying to get a annual service by phone & email I have to give a 1 star,obviously they are keen to sell & fit unit but not so keen to service it,called on Monday line goes blank after the recorded message,then tried Tuesday spoke to some guy who said the reception was at the shops would call me back but never did,called back later was told the girl who does the booking was at a meeting but would get back to me,which never happened,don’t waste your time with this company….,

The team who came to fit our central heating and boiler were excellent, they were courteous and professional. All mess was cleared, and hoovered before they left. The team consisted of David, Ethan, Mark and Keiran. They took the time to explain everything to us. We would recommend them to anyone.
