Professionnalisme, sérieux, amabilité caractérisent cette société, et notamment Yvan qui nous a bien renseigné et orienté sur le déroulement depuis la signature du contrat jusqu'à la livraison. La livraison de notre carrelage a eu lieu à la date prévue. Nous avons pu contrôler l'état des carreaux en présence du livreur, qui a attendu le temps nécessaire à l'ouverture des cartons. Caro centre m’avait été recommandé, mais même comme ça, on a toujours un doute tant que la livraison n’a pas eu lieu… Nous avons pourtant passé en une fois à commande de 185 m2 de carrelage faïence. 6 références différentes venant de 4 fabricants italiens pour un peu moins de 5000 € tout compris (40 % d’économie par rapport au prix d’un showroom spécialisé) Et bien aujourd’hui, plus de doute, la livraison était parfaite, la commande correspondait parfaitement. Aucun carreau de cassé. Je pourrais ajouter que tout le processus de commande s’est bien passé avec un accompagnement parfait de l’équipe mais pou moi le plus important était le respect du contrat signé. We are really pleased with the heat pump system installed by creative energy. From the beginning and all the way through the process they were knowledgable, helpful and gave good advice to design a system that met our requirements. The installation team were courteous and went above and beyond to make sure the pipe work was hidden. We are very happy with the final system.

My heat pump installation experience with Creative Energy has been 5*! From the very beginning, the team have been thorough, informative and trustworthy. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes to get a heat pump or renewable energy installed in their property. Disappointing. I did a heat loss calculation and initial estimate for a heat pump with Creative Energy. However, I was not impressed with their thoroughness which led me to get several other opinions from other businesses. - They proposed an oversized system 12kw vs 7kw proposed by other shops. - They were going to forgo around planning permission which would have put our BUS grant at risk. Red flag. - They proposed an incorrect cylinder (a horizontal one) for the heat pump which would have been incorrect. Another red flag. - They spent only 15 minutes on site to do a heat loss calculation instead of the several hours that other shops did onsite. I paid the £400 for their rudimentary heat loss calculation and am disappointed that I had to throw away my money on a business that doesn't do their craft well. Avoid.

We used Creative Energy on personal recommendation after having a frustrating time with Octopus. They were very efficient, considerate and we are really pleased with the finished system. So far we seem to be paying less and the house is much warmer. Zeb was really helpful in suggesting a quiet heat pump and where best to site it. The team led by Danu were fully committed to getting the job done. We are using the Homely control system which works well with Octopus Agile- it is an ingenious system and easy to use. It is so much better than our old gas system.

Creative Energy Ltd exceeded my expectations with our air source heat pump installation. Professional, efficient, and cost-effective – I'm thrilled with the results and lower heating bills. The process was very smooth from the initial survey to handover, and the whole team were polite and respectful. A true example of how all companies should treat customers!

Zeb took his time to explain all the options and how everything works with an air source heat pump system for heating and hot water. We have only had the system in a few weeks, so it's difficult to say exactly how it will perform in the long term, but so far it is excellent and we get all the hot water we need with no problems. Considering the work involved, it's good value for money, and Zeb also applied for the government grant on our behalf.

We have waited a year to review Creative Energy to allow us time to review the experience of living with a complete renewable home. The system was a significant outlay but worth every penny, we are now 100% renewable and our running costs have dropped by 80. The system is very user friendly and Zeb has been on hand to guide us through. Would definitely recommend.

I had Creative Energy install one of their renewables packages for my home in Oxford. Previously, we ran our large house and swimming pool with an oil field heating system. Creative Energy designed a complete system which provides heating via a ground source heat pump. Removing fossil fuels coupled with installing a large ground mount solar system means our bills have reduced to just 10% of what they were. A great experience all round.

Zeb installed a heat pump and associated underfloor heating for me in a late Victorian terrace in North London. He took over the job from a nationally operating company that I'd hired four months earlier and that in that time had displayed an absolutely staggering level of incompetence and cluelessness. I sacked them eventually and, my lesson learned, went for a small locally operating outfit. Zeb was fantastic - he went to work very quickly to catch up on lost time and devoted serious thought to the question what system would be best suited to my house. Despite being touted as the solution to all of the country's ecological commitments and problems, making heat pump-based systems in old houses work is not trivial and there's no one-size-fits all solution. So I was very relieved to finally have found a competent person who was happy to explain what was happening at any time and who designed a solution specifically for my house. We settled on a water-based (if that's the term) underfloor heating system whose pipes are bedded in a kind of concrete screed that acts as a battery and stores the warmth from the pipes. Zeb and his team cooperated very well with my builders to install the system. It's now been running for a few months and it's a wonderful experience - even gentle warmth that spreads into all corners of the house and makes cold feet a thing of the past. Zeb was courteous, informed, communicative, and could always be reached at short notice. His prices were reasonable and he explained all bills carefully - I was never in the dark as to what was being charged for what. I eventually hope to install solar panels on my roof to make the house as energy self-sufficient as possible and have no doubt that I'll go with Zeb again for that job. I recommend him and his company very highly.

Creative Energy installed a ground source heat pump for us and battery storage integrated to our existing solar panels. From the start Zeb was excellent at keeping us informed about the process, listening to our many questions and patiently answering them. Zeb is also good at thinking outside the box and coming up with solutions to the challenges. Installation was completed in probably the worst two weeks of the winter, with three named storms coming in close succession. Inevitably, considering the circumstances, there were a few teething problems, but the work was completed in time for us to apply for the renewal heat incentive. Zeb and his team were professional and completed the work to a high standard. We would definitely recommend Creative Energy.

In my experience, they do not treat their customers with respect, and their customer service team is unhelpful and could benefit from retraining. I purchased a black leather sofa from them for £4,500, which was delivered with several defects. I reported the issues within 48 hours, leading to an inspection by a technician from Castelan, who claimed there were no problems. Furniture Village then refused to repair the sofa or issue a refund. To challenge their "independent inspection," I enlisted Barrdale, whose report was ultimately accepted by my bank. We spent £4,000+ on three sofa chairs from Furniture Village (FV) and made our first complaint after 6 weeks. Fast forward 18 months, and after being blocked by FV at every stage, we got Barrdale on the case. The service was amazing. An introductory call to discuss my issues, a follow up call for me to go through it all (a second time) and then an inspection, followed by a full report. We are still in the midst of trying to get rid and refunded for the sofas as FV want to try and "fix" the issue, so once this is complete I'll be returning to Barrdale for a follow up sofa inspection... Would highly recommend as they were fantastic, and I felt I was in safe hands for the first time in my two year journey...

My previous review got filtered because maybe it was too good? But the truth is these guys really are that good. In the current environment with all these new equipment suppliers popping up out of nowhere Sam and the crew have always been the best. They are always going out of their way for the customer, are up front about stock levels/delivery times/etc, and all around just good people. We ordered an ATX Hip Thruster on Sunday night and had it to our door in Canberra on Tuesday afternoon when every other company is on new-year shutdown.

Purchased an ATX 770 XL rack about a month ago plus extras from Sam's Fitness and super impressed with the build quality. Linas has been wonderful to deal with in getting together a whole gym setup.

I was looking for a budget hifi rack that didn’t look, well, too budget. Found the Norstone Esse in black with walnut finish shelves at Red Apple AV. £40 cheaper than elsewhere, speedy delivery and am absolutely delighted - everything in the box there should be, rack went together easily in just over an hour and looks much nicer than might reasonably be expected for the money, in particular the walnut finish shelves. Only downside is that the rack is not threaded to take spikes etc, but it’s a substantial item and sits solidly and reasonably level on my carpeted floor. A happy customer.
