People must have money to burn this kind of monies for spectacles is ridiculous. So shelf price plus 400% is what you can expect to pay. Will be sticking to Asda in future.

For some reason I've always found choosing new glasses a bit of an ordeal, not as bad as visiting the dentist, admittedly, but too much preening in the mirror for my comfort. What a fantastic experience. Billy was great, he was very thorough, explained everything & was very engaging. A really good pace, Billy’s patience is excellent, not rushed at all which made for a relaxing experience, making a difference in the fast paced lives we all lead these days. I could even refer to the whole service as therapeutic ! After my test I was then placed with Jo who helped me choose some new glasses, again the experience was relaxed, didn’t feel at any point rushed, I was the customer & the focus was on me, a really professional organization. My appointment was on a Saturday & to my surprise my glasses were ready the following Tuesday with the excellent Nikon lenses fitted, I couldn’t believe how quick this was ! I was also asked if I’d like a coffee whilst I was trying on the glasses & to my delight it was a proper bean to cup that was really nice. The practice is really well laid out & everything is quality. The glasses I am delighted with & have been using them ever since. One thing I must point out is this is my second visit & on both visits I had the scan not just the photo but the scan which is really important as it gets to levels cameras can’t. My first visit something was picked up on the scan, a letter sent to my doctors & within a week or two my doctors rang to make me an appointment. After a few lifestyle changes the second scan was showing the abnormality had gone. Should I have not had the scan I wouldn’t have know so well done Team Pinders & thanks !!!

I was unsure of what exactly I needed to order as my opticians refused to tell me my pupil distance for my prescription. I contacted the company explaining my confusion. Allan got back to me and helped me figure out exactly what I needed and what my PD would be. I then sent my glasses off to and received them back, completed, incredibly quicky. I was nervous that my PD wouldn't be entirely correct as I had measured at home but they used the information I gave them and the glasses turned out perfectly. I've just received my glasses after having new vari focal lenses inserted. They have a good line of vision and are very clear. I found the ordering very good online although I nearly made the mistake of ordering coloured lenses rather than polarised. Allan at Glasses Outlet (GO) asked me to confirm this and so rectified my error. Sometimes the wording is confusing in the description of lenses and the various types. (Note to self to research wording more) GO kept me up to date in how the order was going although I had to ask whether my glasses had arrived as I was slightly on edge ordering on-line. These glasses have come in at under half price than the high street so don't get that ripped off feeling. I'll definitely use GO again. Cheers.

Sent in my glasses for a lens replacement for updated prescription. When they were sent back, the arms had been bent outwards, to the point they are now falling off my face. When tried to contact them about this they became argumentative. Very unprofessional. **UPDATE** in reply to latest reply from the shop. The glasses did not require "adjustment" before you got your hands on them. And I requested a charge back as your customer service was not helpful and became argumentative with me on WhatsApp.

Small and effective. The shop that did the install got it done and tested in under 90 minutes. Completely hidden and the app makes enabling or disabling the kill switch a breeze. The tracking function is better than any other I have seen. I got my vehicle detailed and saw it was only off by two suites which if it had been stolen would have led the cops right to it.

4 stars, because nobody's perfect. I have been with inniaccounts for 8 years. I am hopeless with numbers, I have been in and out of IR35. I have picked up and swapped plenty of contracts. Setting up the company from the start to compete all formalities with HMRC etc till the end was smooth and I was always informed of next steps and what to expect.

I requested to close my company and received an outrageous quotation for £397+VAT to close down the PAYE Scheme, terminate the RTI submissions to HMRC and issue P45s. At which point I refused to pay and Inniaccount didn't start the reduction of the end of year accounts until this was resolved delaying the process.

Inniaccounts have been really fantastic. They are very knowledgeable if you are an IT contractor, the software is easy to use and you will get a response from their customer service within 24 hours with any questions. On top of that they are the cheapest price on the market for the services they provide. If you are an IT contractor then they are the obvious choice for your accountants!

Inniaccounts does what it says on the tin. I had a fairly simple business to set up - me as sole revenue earner and spouse as 25% shareholder. I’ve gone for the service where they do book-keeping. Everything works very smoothly. Very responsive service. IT links directly with my business bank. I’ve used payroll for a temporary employee. They do everything and it’s very simple.

As a brand new contractor who has never run their own ltd company before, inniAccounts have been crucial in allowing me to get up and running quickly! My account manager Jan is always just a quick email away from answering all my questions, and forwarding any queries onto an accountant if necessary. I always get a helpful, timely response which has been key in helping me understand what I need to do in order to manage my business successfully! The browser management software is very easy to use, and doesn't really leave me wanting anything else from it, I can't comment on the mobile apps since I haven't used them yet.
