Davidsons renovated a bathroom for us, installing a new shower. The site inspection was quickly arranged and the quote was a fair price. The work itself was carried out swiftly, efficiently and very tidily by Adrian who was plainly a very experienced plumber and bathroom installer. Very satisfied indeed.

The LPG engineer was extremely helpful and through. I had been told by other heating companies that I needed a new boiler which would have cost over 2k to replace! Davidsons fixed the boiler for a little over £400. Excellent service which I cannot fault in any way.

A great day out full of beautiful scenery on top of the North Yorkshire Moors and charming villages. Whitby is a lovely place full of character and fresh fish and chips. Plenty to see and Jet jewellery shops in the old town. Steep steps down from the old Abbey ruins but spectacular views from the top of the coastline. John P ? gave us a commentary all the way with fascinating facts on history and geography and humorous stories. No steam train as too late in the year unfortunately. Definitely recommend this trip and company as have been on tours with them in the Lake District

Mountain Goat - All Creatures Great & Small tour this October, 2024 was absolutely the best day ever! Our guide John was so informative. He reviewed Yorkshire history and tied it into the place names we drove through, explained the topography, the reasons there are hawthorn hedgerows in some areas and stone walls in others. We saw sites where All Creatures was filmed. John navigated the most narrow of roads carefully and stopped for photos at many breathtakingly beautiful spots. I cannot wait to go on another Mt Goat tour! I would never have seen or learned as much just driving myself. My only recommendation is that they add Harrogate as a starting point of tours. The town is always full of visitors who would appreciate the convenience of boarding the bus in Harrogate as well as the top notch service Mountain Goat provides!

We took the tour, North Yorkshire Moors and Whitby Day Tour from York, on Tuesday 1st Oct., and it was brilliant - in spite of the weather! Our driver John S was very knowledgable and entertaining. It was a vile day (weatherwise) but John kept us all entertained, His knowledge was amazing. I would not hesitate to book with this company again.

My two friends and I recently did the Roman Britain and Hadrian's Wall tour with Mountain Goat. What a lovely tour it was, our driver was so caring, knowledgeable and friendly. The minibus was brand new and super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour, so interesting and Vindolanda Fort was wonderful to see too.

Per lavoro ho preso a noleggio un'auto dalla sede di Verona questa estate. Esperienza più che positiva. Forte di questo mi sono appoggiato alla sede di Bolzano per un'auto che mi serviva per un viaggio di lavoro. La signorina della sede è arrivata dopo mezz'ora dall'appuntamento molto scocciata e mi ha consegnato l'auto come se mi facesse un favore a essere lì. Parto e dopo neanche un'ora si accende una spia sul cruscotto. Porto indietro l'auto e mi viene subito cambiata con una che non ha le stesse caratteristiche sempre dalla signorina scocciata. Nei giorni successivi ho provato a chiamare più volte per sapere se potevo tornare a cambiare l'auto ma non sono mai riuscito a parlare con la sede di Bolzano. Risponde dal centralino una signora molto disponibile ma neanche lei è mai riuscita a parlare con la signorina scocciata di Bolzano. Nonostante la bella esperienza a Verona non posso dare più di tre stelle per la sede di Bolzano. Quando ho riconsegnato l'auto la signorina non si è neanche presentata a scusarsi di non essere stata reperibile quando avevo bisogno di informazioni. Peccato.

Ho contattato l'officina per la manutenzione della mia auto Arval... Esperienza pessima. Nonostante avessi segnalato sin dall'inizio la problematica al dispositivo Start & Stop(Batteria danneggiata) e i freni posteriori da sostituire (Tamburi)... Dopo avermi detto facciamo tutto non si preoccupi, una ragazza che è uscita a fare il check-in e prendere i km per poi telefonare qualche ora dopo confermando l'appuntamento il giorno successivo, non mi hanno sostituito i freni posteriori, la batteria nemmeno, la cinta servizi visivamente consumata nemmeno, mi hanno lasciato il vano cofano motore assolutamente sudicio e con l'olio schizzato fuori.... Mentre guidavo mi sono fermato per la tanfa di olio nell'abitacolo... Il meccanico non ha avuto il tempo di utilizzare due spruzzi di Fulcron(che nemmeno sa cosa sia secondo me) per dare una spolverata alla scatola filtro e pulire il tappo dell'olio... Fatto è che due ore dopo sono rimasto per strada perché lo Start e Stop non andava. Beh che dire ... Un servizio assolutamente scadente. Mai più. Ho chiesto ad Arval di rimuovere questo punto di Servizio dalla loro Lista.

La velocità dei meccanici, la disponibilità del team, il sorriso e la professionalità di Alessandra. Non conoscevo la loro esistenza ma devo dire che è stata un'esperienza bellissima. In 15 minuti hanno risolto il mio problema, super veloci! Bravissimi, continuate così! Stefano

All’arrivo , come da accordi, ci siamo incontrati con Alessandra che ci ha consegnato un piccolo Suv della Link & Co con cambio automatico (ci è stato chiesto prima se potesse andare bene il fatto che fosse cambio automatico) e prima di lasciarci ci ha mostrato il parcheggio dove avremmo dovuto riconsegnarla e il punto in cui la navetta ci avrebbe riportato in aeroporto (gratuitamente).
