I enquired about a missing certificate and received a full explanation (above and beyond expectation) of how to obtain it from Matthew Hopkins

They were very helpful in all matters regarding solar PV installations. I had purchased a new build house with solar PV & there was no MCS or Flexi-Orb certification. Flexi-Orb assisted me in confirming or redirecting my investigations into this matter, with pertinent vocational experience. Although solar PV installations cannot be retrospectively certified, I did find out what documentation should have been provided. It seems incredulous that new build developers are allowed to behave like this, it should be a legal requirement for MCS or Flexi-Orb installation. Please don't expect a warranty provider, for example NHBC to provide any support in the absence of solar PV accreditation, they don't! My experience of both schemes, MCS & Flexi-Orb, is that Flexi-Orb is more thorough & worth consideration. I wouldn't be surprised, as per my experience with Flexi-Orb, if they use my scenario as input into their discussions with regulators & accreditation organisations, to safeguard that all solar PV installations have to be Flexi-Orb or MCS accredited.

After being recommended to contact Wood Pickering Renewables for my solar system I am so glad I did. Right from the start I have been more than impressed. They have overcome many obstacles such as troublesome neighbours, planning permission and a structural survey for my garage roof. The workmanship is amazing too all the cables are clearly labelled and very neatly arranged. Following the installation they came back to check everything was working and gave me a handover pack with all the documentation in including the Flexi-Orb certificate. I really enjoyed the bar brawl which was a hired out bar just for us to learn in real environments what to do when things get nasty on a night out. A faultless club tbh and it's become a very important part of my life and I've made friends forever. Highly recommend for everyone. Women are well looked after and they will make sure you are safe at all times.

I actually couldn't recommend this class enough. I joined towards the end of last year and hoped that I might learn a little self defence but I've gotten so much more. The self defence techniques are better than I thought they'd be and they try to give real life examples which helps. But more than that, it's given me much needed confidence, a safe space and great friends. The instructors are amazing and really adapt to people's personal circumstances. They demonstrate great empathy and what's really nice, is you can see how much they care about everyone and how proud they are as we achieve our goals. It's got to be the best class I've ever joined and one of the best things I've ever decided to do. I really recommend anyone reading this to join, you won't regret it!!

My son has been in the Krav Maga infant class for about 8 months, and he loves it. He's always been rather timid, and it's done him the world of good - it keeps him fit and has given him confidence. He did his first grading at the weekend, so it was my first chance to see what goes on there. The dojo in Swansea has a great atmosphere and is clean and well-equipped and the instructors were excellent. The admin side of their business is very efficient too. I highly recommend Total Self protection, and I truly don't have a bad word to say about them.

Great for kids - fun, fitness and keeping safe tips. The instructors are very good with the kids. It's a very inclusive group as well - there are no 'stars' in the group which is really healthy for those that are maybe not as physically talented. I really like the fact that the core principle of Krav Maga is avoiding trouble and only fighting as a last resource. My daughter loves it and it has given her confidence and strength. Highly recommended.

During the training session, the boom I was practicing on was faulty, leaving me stuck in the air. Additionally, my instructor was occupied with their mobile phone at the time, which made the situation more challenging. I would appreciate it if future sessions could ensure proper equipment maintenance and more attentive supervision to enhance safety and the overall learning experience.

Attended the 3a3b course in Durham, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I arrived, the lead trainer, Kevin Blakey, created a hostile and unprofessional environment. When I politely asked to borrow a pen, simply using the word “mate” as I didn’t yet know his name, his response was, “I’m not your fing mate, it’s Kevin to you.”* This set the tone for the entire course, where he and his female colleague consistently belittled and singled out attendees rather than providing constructive training. During the practical session, Kevin’s approach was more about humiliation than education, and his colleague would say one thing, then attempt to embarrass people when they followed her instructions incorrectly. The lack of professionalism and basic respect was shocking. I left feeling abused and disrespected—this is not how any training course should be conducted. If you’re looking for a supportive and professional training experience, I’d strongly advise avoiding this company.

Nothing was a problem. The surgeon hakan aydogan was compassionate and very skilled . The cleaning staff where top notch and the nurse care was prompt and I felt very very safe here. I had a bad experience 2 years ago in a different hospital but this place totally blew my mind. Dont have any doubts coming to egepol I'd come here over any hospital in England I highly reccomend. POSITIVE I had mommy makeover of 30th December 2024. I arrived in Izmir on 28th December and both me & my husband were chauffeured to the kaya Convention & Spa 5* hotel to relax until the following evening when we would be picked up and taken to Egepol Hospital. Talk about Relax- it was amazing, myself and my husband were given a room overlooking the swimming pool, this pool was a outdoor heated pool in which we utilised the following day, we also had sauna, jacuzzi and used steam room, this helped me to relax as I was nervous about the operation. In 29th Cagatay was in constant contact with me giving me information about pre-op tests, pick up time from hotel to Egepol hospital and the name of the chauffeur. The pick up time was 22.00 pm, the chauffeur was prompt and again chauffeured in a luxury Vito. Upon arrival to the hospital we were met by Cagatay and taken to our room on the ward, wow.. an immaculate spacious room with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms for me & my husband. Cagatay gave me all information and consent forms for pre-op tests and the consent form for the operation. All forms where in English & Turkish and Cagatay talked me through everything to make sure I fully understood. I was then taken for all pre operative tests- bloods, chest x-ray, scan, weight, height, BMI, all tests were carried out in a timely manner and there was no waiting which I thought was excellent service. On the morning of op Dr Ali Ozdemir, female co-ordinator called Serra, Cagatay and another male coordinator called Burak came to see me. Dr Ali Ozdemir asked me what my expectations were, and what his recommendations for the best results would be. I was advised to have Extended Abdominalplasty, breast lift with removal of some tissue and liposuctions to my abdomen in which I was very happy with. The operation went really well with no complications, I was looked after with the best care from the nurses in the ward and was even given a head to toe massage when I was uncomfortable laying on my back as I am used to sleeping on my belly. Following the operation I was given regular IV paracetamol, and antibiotics. I was allowed out of bed 6 hours post op and walk up the ward with nurses by myside incase of any concerns. The nurses attended to all my needs when required. Serra was with me throughout my operation and she made me feel at ease. Cagatay, Burak & Serra were there each and every day and if they were not at the hospital in person they were contactable 24hours a day if needed. The co-ordinators all speak fantastic English so there is no need to worry that nothing will be understood. From when I first enquired about a mommy makeover to booking it, I asked a lot of questions and either Cagatay or Burak would always give me an answer and if they did not know the answer they would ask surgeon and get back to me with the answer an a timely manner. Negative The only negative thing I can say is I’ma very fussy eater and I was not keen on the hospital food but it was not a problem as there is a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor of the hospital and the food is gorgeous. There is 1 thing I regret…. I should have met Dr Ali Ozdemir years ago and had a mommy makeover then as he is my hero… this man has changed my life completely he has given me my confidence back and I have a body I’m happy with. I went for a mummy makeover in march 2024, all seemed good at first until around 4 weeks po when the swelling went down, I noticed my scar was quite high and I had dog ears on both sides and still had lots of loose skin which could of easily been removed, and a bulge at the top, I got told I had muscle repair but don’t think it was done all the way as I could still feel a gap, I also had lots of opening in my boobs which was infected, no one seemed bothered and I was told it would just heal now I’m left with horrible scars also one breast has already slipped and one nipple is about 1cm higher than the other, the after care was rubbish whenever I tried addressing my concerns I just got told it’s fine, I have since been for a revision tummy tuck with another surgeon and I’m now very happy with my stomach as all the loose skin is gone and my muscles repair was done again as he said I still had a big gap so not entirely sure what dr Ali did with the muscle repair, I also had a 360 tummy tuck with the revision which has given me great results, this should of been offered by dr Ali as it’s what I needed but he didn’t offer it not sure why he didn’t notice or mention that for the best results a 360 would of been best, I feel like he just goes very basic in terms of results
