We had a water leak somewhere on a very large site, Joe & Rob set in place a plan to work in 3 stages to discover the leak. Lots of holes were dug, stop valves put in place and the leak was found and fixed. Marc was great, the whole team were friendly, professional and reliable. Had an earache which disappeared with this service and hearing is miles better! Ammaar came for a home visit and was exceptional in ensuring I was prepared for the ear clean and he was extremely knowledgeable in his advice! He even showed pictures of the ear cleanse and ear wax being removed and explained aspects of what the picture displayed. The process was efficient, comfortable and professional. I would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely be booking in a regular service. The NHS need to take some notes!!!

5 Stars are not enough and can not rate how grateful we are about the execptional service from Sayvin. I contacted them on their Chat and Juan immediately replied. We had a special challenge: Flying abroad inlcuding addtional luggage and a dog. Especially the transport of the dog was not easy as not all airlines transports pets actually. We established a Whatts-App conversation, Juan took over this non-standard challenge and looked for best possible solutions with the airlines. Everything was very professional, quick, helpful and at everytime absolutely customer oriented! I never expected such a service in difficult circumstances before and I really had the impression that Sayvin was committed to solve the problem with hughe extra work and not to leave me alone or pass me over to an agent. I can not express how thankful we are as a family to get that much support from them. Stephen’s Removals packed us on 16 Jan 2025 and moved and unloaded us at our new home 17 Jan 2025. They quoted us for all packing, materials, removals and insurances to match our last minute timescale updates without any issues or special conditions. Everything was achieved to schedule without upsetting any neighbours old and new. The cost was reasonable, no damage was incurred and we and our possessions were well looked after. Just what was required to move from the old home after 35 years to a new base for the future. Their team were neat and tidy too. Would we recommend Stephens Removals to other people; most certainly.

Great trip with my school Notre Dame High to Passo Del Tonale resort! Ski supreme took care of our every need and no ask was too big. Our pupils had a seamless trip, from flights, buses, evening entertainment to getting ski equipment and out onto the slopes to enjoy their trip!
