After one month delay I got the front stands and completed the installation and setup of the system. The break-in of the speakers was done in the mean time on the floor ( about 4 weeks). MY SYSTEM >Front: 1528 monitor (basalt) in front with custom stand 16" high. >Center: 1528 Center (home made angled stand) >Surround:1723 Monitor S on off-the shelf 28" stands surround >Else: 2 SVS PB3000, McIntosh mx122 processor, Classe CAV180 amp, and TEAC VRDS-25 and Magnetar udp-900 players. IMPORTANT - My search for a stand with an adequate height: After lot of thinking and angle calculations I decided for a pair of custom 16" stands for the front 1528 monitors. I think the 16" stand provides a better listening height (at my sitting distance). In my opinion, the Arendal stand, is good for the shorter 1528 bookshelf or 1528 monitor in a very long room. Then why not the tower?. LISTENING The Arendals replace my ProAc R3.8, CC-2 and R2.5 that failed in December (not repaired). Probably I can't be objective in a fare comparison by memory after 3 months. But I feel that the Arendal sound is more pleasant and improved. I enjoyed a lot listening again to a system with a properly completed set-up. > 2 channel with the 1528 Monitors is a delight. Very open, pleasant, musical, detailed and very good stage. > Multichannel is also great. Dialogue is clear and very good sound. Although in 5.1.4 there is always the support and visual distraction of the film. Note:I didn't remove the seals of the ports yet. This will be a second phase in the near future. Maybe bass will be deeper (still a question mark). CONSTRUCTION Superb. 1528 They look as a top class quality. Top finishing. Very nice not-traditional looking speakers. Cons: 1) 1528 weight: being alone, mounting the 1528 monitor on the stand and placing the set in the right spot was a challenge. 2) 1728 monitors S: in my opinion holes for scrws the speaker on stands would be a plus. I placed them on the stand plates with Blutack and it seems good. But I am nervous for kids. I never had monitors or bookshelves in the past. PACKING AND DELIVERY: Excellent. I am very satisfied from my purchase and recommend strongly the Arendal speakers. Top quality....

The level of support prior to purchase over several days, answering all my questions relative to using arendal 1713s speakers using my existing equipment and their comparison thoughts to my current speaker. Fast to straighten out my order that wasn't shipped do to "IT" issues 2 weeks in a row. Happy with Thomas and Gunnar but Arendal needs to correct the issues and get closer to estimated shipping dates especially on their flagship products. Also feel since i was patient on this they could have refunded my puck pro charge as a courtesy for the "IT" issues.

Having no experience of Mallorca, it was very important to speak to someone who could listen to my requirements and then offer advice on where to go and what to do. When I contacted Anna earlier in the year she was so helpful and put together a tailored itinerary which suited us - we're 2 retired people who are keen walkers and don't like crowds. The hotels were super and the 2 full-day tours with guide Mike were the icing on the cake.

My husband and I traveled to Mallorca for our honeymoon with Mallorca Travels as our travel agent. We worked very closely with Anne who made this trip absolutely magical for us. When we missed our flight she worked with us to help us get to Mallorca and even stayed up very late to meet us at the airport and help us get to our hotel the first night. The restaurant recommendations/reservations, hotels, and activities that she put together for us in an itinerary were so amazing and made this an unforgettable and perfect honeymoon. She even personally met us at one of the small towns on the island to give us a private tour where we learned so much about the Mallorcan culture. Anne really made this trip a dream for us and our honeymoon never could have been as perfect as it was without her and Mallorca Travels. We got to experience so much in a 10 day trip, including relaxing on beaches, snorkeling, caving, a quad tour, horseback riding, hiking, a wine tour, and so much more. I joined my neighbours to invite Joltify to install a stand-alone home batter storage system to each house. All our 3 houses were done within two days without any problems. Tom is very professional to install everything correctly, also connected GivEnergy AIO to my existing Zappi charger, which even allows me to monitor GivEnergy's battery discharge and charge from Zappi app. We had a bit bad luck when Martin commissioned the system which kept rejecting the requests. Then Martin called the customer service and went through bit by bit. Finally the system was successfully commissioned by 19.30. Now, the system is working well, e.g. discharges ~12.5kwh during peak hours and be charged ~13.5kwh during off peak hours.

We were referred to Joltify by the manufacturer after the original installers changed the terms on us last minute. I can't praise the guys at Joltify high enough. Martin was very meticulous and raised points for consideration that other installers had not mentioned, even if it ultimately raised the bar to proceed with the solar installations. In the end given the risks associated with our specialised roof and the height accessibility, we opted for a battery storage only system. The installation went smoothly and they followed up to make sure the system was working property and with my desired settings.

Tom was excellent throughout the survey and installation process. Very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. All admin/paperwork done thoroughly and in a timely fashion.

Tom did a very professional installation of my Myenergi Zappi EV charger. This was very welcome, in view of my very bad experiences with both Solax and Simpson EV chargers. Joltify were part of a major project I carried out my house, to replace the complete roof and add solar. I used 21 Viridium in roof solar panels (total 8.5kw) and added an Lux invertor, 9kw Hanchu battery, Zappi car charger and Eddi hot water interface as part of the project. Joltify from start to finish were great to work with. The workmanship was really good, in and outside the house. The work was done on time and to their quote, so it went extremely well. Documentation followed as required. I have recently added a second battery also. Good company and good people to work with, highly recommend.

Super service - cyklen kom som de havde lovet og chaufføren havde båret cyklen helt ind i vores gårdhave (ikke bare efterladt den i indkørslen) Hermansen havde ovenikøbet monteret den specielle cykelkurv jeg havde bestilt ved siden af. Stor anerkendelse herfra.

Min Cannondale cykel havde efter 8 år fået en slidt klinge. Hermansen anbefalede at få skiftet både kasette, kæde og klinge for at sikre at det kunne holde. Den dyre løsning. Efter blot 2 år med samme kørsel var klingen slidt ned igen. Det viste sig at de havde sat en klinge beregnet på 9 speed kasette på i stedet for en beregnet på den 10 speed kassette som de havde monteret. Måske ikke årsagen, men alligevel. Lidt sjusket. Nu ville de så skifte hele molivitten igen til samme pris og kom med anekdotiske historier om at det var helt normat at skifte hele drivlinjen helt ned til hvert halve år. Så det var ikke den bedste oplevelse. Jeg havde håbet de ville have taget lidt mere ansvar. Efter anmeldelsen ringer de og følger op på sagen. Det er trods alt fint selvom jeg på det tidspunkt havde fundet alternativ løsning. Men jeg har ændret fra 2 til 3 stjerner i den forbindelse.
