Sælger siger at de skiftet motor forde den gik dårlig , hvordan kan en motor køre dårligt når begge pjelstænger er knækket og stempler har sat sig . I bought two pairs of the "Gordon" shoes (lovely brogues by the way, can't fault them - although other bad reviews would have me believe they'll be falling to bits soon, watch this space!) as a consequence, I was awarded 2x "free gifts" for passing a threshold. I took the free gifts aspect at face value, products I didn't ask for that were given to me as a customer spending a nice chunk of money. I opened the aftershave and the boxers and thought "not bad, these guys have a new customer for life!" I told my best man (the reason I bought the shoes was for my upcoming wedding.) he bought a pair for the same shoes within 2 weeks of mine arriving. Fantastic news for Oswin Hyde, 2x customers, all because of those lovely free gifts making such an impact on my experience. Fast forward to me returning one pair of shoes, I looked at the refund receipt and saw only a third of the amount they cost refunded, what gives? Turns out, as a consequence of me assuming a free gift, means a free gift, I'd been charged for them. I contacted customer support, a person named Gie helped me and essentially said, all items have a monetary value and free doesn't mean free. As a result, I decided not to pay over the odds for "free" boxers and aftershave (which together somehow, totalled more than the amount refunded for the shoes - £49 for those and £39 for the shoes???) I requested that Gie post the shoes back to me that I returned (which cost me the £39 that was "refunded" plus delivery to have them posted back to me, so overall, my return process technically cost me more!) why on earth would I pay over the odds for something I didn't even want in the first place. The moral of my purchase is, take note of other bad reviews, beware the free gifts and don't open anything unless you are prepared to pay for them.

Ich habe Mitte / Ende Januar das "Karla Kapuzenkleid" in Gr S bestellt das innerhalb von 5 Tagen lieferbar sein sollte. Laut Angabe in der @mail kommt die Firma aus Holland. Am 17.02.25 erhielt ich eine Nachricht das meine Ware angekommen sei was nicht der Tatsache entsprach. Eine @Mail meinerseits an die Firma blieb bis heute unbeantwortet. Heute, am 27.02.25 kam dann das Kleid an. Ich war entsetzt. Der Stoff ist sehr dünn und riecht chemisch. Am linken unteren Rand ist ein hässliches Katzenbild aufgebügelt das auf dem Foto / Video des Kleides nicht erkennbar war. Hätte ich das gesehen hätte ich von vorne herein nicht bestellt. Die Rücksendung müsste wie es hier schon geschrieben wurde auf eigene Kosten nach China erfolgen wo die Ware produziert wird. Daher auch die lange Wartezeit. Wann und ob dann die Rückerstattung erfolgt ist für mich fraglich? Das Kleid ist für mich untragbar. Ich kann von einer Bestellung nur abraten.

Hallo Zusammen, Ich habe die Bestellung für ein Kleid bei Fourteen Berlin platziert. Bevor ich auf den Knopf "Bestellen" gedruckt habe, habe ich noch geprüft ob die Retoure möglich ist. Die Webseite bestätigt das Rückgaberecht innerhalb von 30 Tagen, sagt leider nicht, dass der Rückversand auf EIGENE KOSTEN NACH CHINA erfolgen soll. Gerade in diese Situation bin ich geraten: ich habe das Kleid bekommen, dass zu groß ist und habe nach dem Rückversand gefragt. Erst dann hat es sich rausgestellt, dass ich die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurück nach China schicken muss. Es ist ja bekannt, dass die Transportkosten für den Rückversand aus Europa nach China so hoch sind, das man es sich nur in Ausnahmefällen leisten kann. Ich diskutiere bereits dritte Woche mit Fourteen Berlin und komme zu keinem positiven Ergebnis. Ich wurde nicht über den Rückversand nach China auf eigene Kosten im Vorfeld informiert, kann diese Kosten nicht tragen, bekomme mein Geld auch nicht erstattet. Schreckliche Erfahrung, ich bestelle hier NIE wieder...

Super tilfreds. Købte Visconti skuldretaske og kortholder til 2000kr. Indpakning og kvaliteten er yderst tilfredstillende, og kom til beskrevet leveringstid. Ca. 10 dage Ærgerligt de har fået så dårlige anmeldelser når alt her bare har været en god oplevelse.

Bestilte 2/12 og modtog 3/12 besked om, at min vare var afsendt, og pengene blev trukket straks. Hørte da ingenting, før jeg selv begyndte at rykke via mail. Fik bare en kvædet vise om, at transportfirmaerne havde meget travlt, og firmaet bad om nogle dages tålmodighed, før de kunne kontakte PostNord. Herefter gik endnu noget tid, og jeg blev bare “holdt hen” af firmaet, som bad om min tålmodighed. Var julegave så da de bad mig vente til 23/12, måtte jeg ud og købe ny gave til min søn, og jeg bad dem om at annullere ordren og refundere min betaling, men de blev fortsat ved med at bede om min tålmodighed. Da jeg stadig intet modtog, måtte jeg gå ud fra, at det er svindel-firma og gjorde dem opmærksom på dette, og at hvis ikke jeg hørte fra dem straks, ville jeg melde dem til politiet. De beklagede meget og pludselig lå min vare i postkassen. Så det tog en måned at få sådan en lille ting frem, som bare var sendt som brev. Helt urimelig lang leveringstid, som der ikke informeres om ved køb og ved kontakt får man ingen svar på hvor pakken er eller hvornår man kan forvente at den kommer. De har slet ikke styr på deres forsendelser. Jeg køber ALDRIG fra dette firma igen - ellers synd for varen var meget fin.

Stol ikke på leveringstiden. Bestilte den 13 december 2024, hvor levering blev garanteret inden for 5 dage. I dag 10 dage efter har jeg stadig ikke modtaget min vare. Ved mail forespørgsel får man autosvar retur med at pakken er afsendt, men har ikke modtaget nogle registrering på pakken.

At first I was a bit suspicious about this retailer, because there were almost no reviews to be found anywhere. Received delivery today and I am really happy with the black obsidian necklace. Shipping took a bit of time (around 7 business days from date of order until delivery to germany) but i am overall happy with how everything went. E-Mails regarding the order were answered on time.

Three out of eight of the pouches i ordered were less then a month before expiration date. When i got them they were good for about 17 days before expiring. Nothing of this matter was diclosed before buying, nor did i get discount on these products.

The reason for the low rating is kinda low is due to the fact that I canceled the order on january 28th 2025 and still haven't recieved my refund

6 of the 17 items that I ordered arrived with an expiration date of less than a month away despite the shelf life of the products being 12 to 24 months. Customer service offered me a credit towards another purchase, to pay to ship the items back or an exchange. I was only interested in a refund that would not cost me more money (shipping costs) as this company had already breached my trust. It seems like they struggle to maintain a proper inventory as this is a common theme amongst the reviews. Reply to Response: Just to note, only 1 of the items I ordered was on sale. The 6 being referred to do not include the item on sale for expiring soon. The business did agree to refund some of the products in question. My review will be changed to reflect this when/if the money is refunded. Update: It’s February 24th and the refund promised 3 weeks ago still has not been processed.

I placed an order through their website on Wednesday at approximately 19:16. At the time of purchase, the website indicated that delivery would occur within 48 hours, which means the package should have arrived by Friday evening or Saturday at the latest. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and the delivery was expected on Monday—two days after the event I ordered it for. As the outfit will no longer be needed, I did not want it delivered to my address on Monday. I find it frustrating that the mask I ordered from another website arrived within a day. In addition to the wasted ticket, I am now left without the costume, and I would appreciate not losing further money due to the misleading information on your website. The company advised me to refuse the delivery from the courier and there was nothing they could do on their end. As I expected the courier refused to take back the parcel and it has now been left with me. So I am now expected to PAY to return an item I requested the sender and courier to return (to avoid this exact outcome). When I asked what the next steps are and said I am not willing to pay the return fee… they completely looked over it and just sent me the address to return the item to… listing the conditions it must be returned in for a full refund (the items hasn’t even been opened). The service was absolutely awful, the courier service was just a bad. I advise not using this company unless you’re ordering months in advance… plenty other more reliable companies you could use!!

Terrible customer service. Place an order on the 14/10, paid £5 postage for next day delivery. Contacted Annette the “Customer Service Manager” for an update as still not received the order by 23/10. I bought an aviator overall and it was much too small from neck to bottom. I went after sizing on their website. Would be useful to have proper measurements for the outfits. Customers, who need to return items due to wrong sizing have to pay more than 10£ in total on delivery/return. Wasted money. Went to a local shop and found the same. The worst customer and postage service. I bought some Christmas Hats on Thursday, 16th of November 2023, and paid the £7 plus fee for the next day's delivery. However, the items never arrived home, and I reached out to customer service for help. I have received several emails from "Annette" stating that as per the company, even when paying the fee for next-day delivery, it was Within THE WEEKDAYS delivery, not over the weekend. I purchased the items after 3 pm on Thursday, I missed the deadline for the items to arrive over the week so I had to wait for the package to arrive on Monday, 20th. Of course, all her messages were rude and despective (even warned me that if was to post anything over the internet, "that false information posted, was subjected to being erased," "or if the items were no longer needed just to return them." Anyway, after I have wrote to her stating that it was not her fault not to be client-oriented and should be more accommodating on finding my package and tracking the items, I have received another email today Tuesday 21st, stating that the package is to be picked at the POST OFFICE near by my home. So bottom line, the worse customer service provided, plus the items needed, ended up in a post office and not home. I wonder why pay a fee of 7 pounds and some pens when I have to pick up my items from the post office and have to deal with such terrible customer service that it ruins anyone's day. To top up the experience, I just came back from the post office to collect my parcel; I purchased the Adult Luxury Santa Hat With Tinsel bought for £6.49 each hat (the best on the web site and most expensive they had), are in reality such a VERY Bad quality. Plus, it can barely fit me or my partner's head. They look as if they were for kids. Bottom line: I have all the emails sent and received, so it is not false information provided here, and I am happy to share. Plus, photos of the parcel and items received. Do yourself a favour, DO NOT buy from this store. It is NOT recommendable! I do hope the owners and managers review this post and review my case. This is outrageous.

My order was submitted on Dec 1. I got a confirm that it would be here by Dec 15. STILL WAITING!

I was told my item would arrive in 3-5 business days and paid for shipping accordingly. It’s almost 11PM on Christmas Eve and I haven’t received the package, or even gotten word that it’s shipped yet.

Peachy Sunday has something for everyone- funny, cute, sarcastic, you name it, they have it. A variety of colors, sizes and styles, so fun to just scroll through the website. I can always find a unique gift for the special people in my life.

6 weeks and still waiting on my purchase. I placed an order on 8/25. As of 10/5 I have not received my item. I have emailed the seller multiple times. Each time I was promised that the shirt had been mailed and I would receive tracking information the following day. Now it has been right at 6 weeks. No shirt. No tracking information. And no response to my most recent email.

I tried to cancel my order before it shipped and was told it was too late. It finally arrived about 9 days later. I didn’t mean to order 4 shirts and by the time it arrived I didn’t even need the shirts because the event was over. I’ve reached out to customer service three times and they still have not provided details for the return even though I qualify for a return according to their return policy. I have tried calling their customer service number and I get a recording that says no customer service agents are available for you. I see why they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

I’ve been using Oxwash for a while now and wanted to share what a great service I have always experienced. Very polite guy on a bike collects and drops off - always perfectly washed and folded. Great and fast service.

My £895 Burberry coat was damaged by Oxwash. It was brand new when I sent to them for dry cleaning. However, after the coat has been delivered back to me, I found pilling on the left shoulder of my coat. Oxwash provided me the solution of re-processing and repair of the coat, so I sent the coat back to them 2 days ago. However, when I got back my coat today, the pilling on left shoulder was still there. I haven't wore this coat for many times, and it is extremely disappointing to see my coat being damaged by the dry cleaner. I hope Oxwash could resolve this issue properly. I'd love to share the pictures of my coat, but unfortunately I didn't find anywhere on Trustpilot to upload photos.

The customer service is so frustrating. If there is a problem then you have to interact with a completely useless automated robot. My item was "delivered" and I wasted 40 minutes trying to track it down. A lot of time could have been saved if the customer service feature was responsive and helpful, but it is far from it. I won't use the service again. I've used it twice and collection has been fine both times but drop off has been extremely frustrating both times, and the customer service is dreadful.

Really disappointed with recent service. In the last few washes Oxwash have lost several pillowcases and a duvet cover. I used to rely on the service but I can’t trust them to return what I send in. I used the service as it was so convenient but now I have the huge hassle of chasing up missing items and finding an alternative provider. Such a shame as the plunge is service is pretty recent.

The drivers from Oxwash are always very friendly. They always deliver my clothes back on time, except for one occasion when the laundry did not get back to me on time and no prior notice was given. Nonetheless, the overall experience was satisfactory. The clothes always come back nice and clean. The bath mats I sent them last time came back clean and fluffy. Therefore, I always send my bath mats to them to wash. I have sent my jackets and coats to them before and they also came back clean and tidy. However, I recommend not to send delicate hats cause there was a time when I sent them my beret hat and it shrunk so much that I had to throw it away... Therefore, I recommend their laundry service for bath mat and coats.

Brilliant company and great ethos. Laundry is delivered by bike or electric vehicle and you get text updates to say that your delivery/collection driver is on the way and they are on time, friendly, professional and polite. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be!

This site has beautiful shoes but sizing is tricky. I bought a U.S. size 7.5 but received a U.K size 7.5. This was difficult for me to figure out. I finally did so by measuring the shoes from the inside. I sent 10 photos to verify the size difference. I escalated the issue to Paypal who would not support me because I really wanted the shoes. After several weeks of messages, they return the cost of the shoes, so I'm happy but I still don't have an address to return the big shoes. Overall, I'm satisfied because this transaction was looking like a total lost.

Please avoid this scam company. Sent a faulty unit and refused to refund unless we paid excessive shipping to return it. Since we don't want anything to do with this brand, we just wanted a cash refund, not a replacement, and certainly not spend more money shipping it back in good faith the scammers would honor the return. They also removed the item from our purchase history in Mydeal, so we couldn't even leave feedback or escalate to Mydeal. Forced to do a credit card charge back. Please avoid this company at all costs.
