
Delayed Delivery with an unjustifiable excuses from Royal Mail
This excuses of Royal mail to unable to locate my address is becoming ridiculous and nuisating to say the least. With this same excuse they lost my wife's parcel amd had the gut to ask to contact seller for a possible refund. They always claim they cannot locate our address. I have given you a neighbour's commercial hair salon which is opened every day within their delivery zone and hours but you are still failing to deliver my product with same excuse. I am travelling tomorrow 21/02/2025 for a programme and urgently need this suit and cannot afford ro miss it on time tomorrow. Please ensure Royal Ma delivers to the product to this address:196 Ansty Road, CV2 3EY tomorrow without fail for the items is time bound. Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. Will never shop with them again. Bought 10 pairs of socks for boss, he didn't like them (thin, see through, terrible quality) so I returned, only to be told that even though they are brand new, in the original packaging, not worn, that socks are non returnable. Apparently it's the policy. Perhaps that policy needs to be made really clear before purchase. Never ever again.

I am extremely disappointed with Hawes & Curtis's customer service. I purchased multiple shirts from them, only to find that some were missing a second button. When I reached out for a simple request—replacement buttons—I was told they couldn’t send them. This was an easy fix, yet they chose not to resolve the issue. As a result, I will not be purchasing from this company again and will be advising other professionals to do the same. Poor customer service over something so minor speaks volumes about how they handle bigger issues. I do not recommend them.

Appalling customer service
I placed an order on the 19th January and delivery is promised around 5 days after dispatch which was a couple of days after the order being placed. Since the 24th January it is marked as being "in transit" with nothing changed. A chatbot told me that it had no further information and so I complained to customer service who directed back to the useless chatbot. I tried again. My second complaint directed me to a site which told me that it was - in transit. While I admit that the loss of my order is the fault of the courier, the total lack of assistance from Hawes and Curtis is appalling customer service.

H&C mis-sized shirt issue
Update: Changed rating and phrasing after the initial upset. The 2 other shirts were exceptional to the point I'll give H&C another try. I seem to be the only person with this issue of the stretch fabric. Several staff from customer support were particularly supportive with my complaint and the follow-up. I ordered 3 shirts online, all the same size. Two of them were of great quality and fit, but the third shirt was terribly defective in sizing. It was 6" too small in the chest and the sleeves were comically short as well. Customer support said I had to pay for the return shipping out of pocket which added insult to injury.

Outstanding team, brilliant customer service and help
I've been in and out of this store a lot recently buying wedding suit and accessories. Of the 5 or so times I've been in, every time I've had great service, very professional and helpful. Additional credit goes to (apologies for possibly butchering his name) Eamonn- I have specific trouble with shirts that he spent an absolute age helping to find a way around. I couldn't compliment his professionalism more. Products have also been great, but focussing this review largely on the quality of service from the team in the store, 10/10. Will be back.

Awful customer service
Having used the brand for a number of years and considerable spend I purchased a pair of linen trousers that were clearly faulty. The material split after minimal use and the customer service was terrible. I was told after very little consideration ‘that they consider the decision final and the case closed’. Great customer care for what was a very loyal customer! Said it was wear and tear, I had worn the trousers a handful of times. Extremely disappointing!

Some details are innaccurate on vehicle specifications e.g you select a specific model and year, and I know for a fact that the 1.6CRDi engine never came with a 6 speed gearbox like it says. Only the 2.0CRDi came with the 6 speed... It also says that particular year is Euro 5 (and to be fair it does warn you that you need to double check and it "may" be incorrect, but really, they are all euro 4 for that mk1 make of Kia Ceed so it IS not MAY be incorrrect). So why would I trust any specifications for other cars on their website?

What a disaster! Bought a bracelet for £186 and when it arrived it had two “diamonds” missing. Payed for next day delivery as it was a present. Did have to go to B’day party empty handed. Really disappointed but what’s worse I can’t get hold of anyone. No idea how to to return the bracelet. Have I just lost my money? What a disaster.

Even though you receive a message stating I'm a one man operation' when communicating by email, this wasnt helpful when I was trying to chase for a refund where I could prove (from tracking) that my parcel had been received over a month ago. Excellent all round. Having seen adverts for Hemp&Hope on social media for a while I decided to treat myself to a jumpsuit. The website was easy to use, and the sizing guides were handy. I chose my item and paid with ease. I quickly got notification of my order, and within a couple of days my item arrived. The packaging was eco friendly too which was a big plus for me - no plastic. The jumpsuit is as described and good quality. I am wearing it now and it's very computable and true to size. It feels well made too. The prices reflect the ethical nature of the products, and I think are suitable. I would certainly buy again from this company.

Backpack not the most robust
I bought one of the backpacks (Tula Hemp Backpack - Red) and after 2 months of light use (1-2 times a week) one of the seams was unravelling and creating a hole at the top in the main compartment, so I got in touch and they were great in customer service (5 stars for that) and sent me a replacement straight away. Cut to 6 months later of generally the same amount of use (maybe ~3 times a week now if that) and the seams are coming apart in the same place again. Not ideal but I like the bags so I will do what I can to try to fix the seams so I can get more life out of them. But not the sturdiest of bags if you want to use them regularly (I was using it like a purse to store everyday items).

Dont bother! Absolute disappointment
Absolutely disappointed with service. Rude ! Un empathetic. Spoilt my outfit for a close family wedding i have coming up however they dont seem to care as apparently i gave the measurements and am responsible for them however the outfit was stitched terribly material quality does not fit the price i paid! Nor does the tailoring. Just disaster. Thankfully my aunt who sews saved the outfit for me so thats the only reason im keeping it not putting it in the bin! Even my aunt said it would be hard to resurrect the appalling tailoring.

Item arrived in time. Well packed. As shown in pictures. No issues with my purchase. (I fell) the prices are decent. Had in issue with the invoice that showed the dipatch date of 2014 when I bought the item on 2021 but contacted Omsara on instagram and they replied the next morning with the correct invoice. Easy to contact, just give them some time, I'm sure they have a lot to deal with. The website could do with some fixing, the login page and history page is weird, which lead to me thinking the website is not genuine but seeing reviews here says otherwise I thought I would give it a go and not disappointed.

Terrible shopping experience
Terrible shopping experience! We ordered a some material for a pant suite on 5 October and nearly a month (30 th Nov) we cannot get any update as to when the material is going to be despatched. Phone calls are never answered. There is no facility on their website to provide any updates. The order conformation is a no-reply email. The only other method of getting in touch with Omsara is to use the email address: info@……., this is a generic email that does not relate directly to my account or to my order. Anyway I did write to info@……., and got a reply from someone at Omsara. Reference to my complains about the lack of information about delivery, They referred me to a generic statement about Covid effecting deliveries that is there on their website and that my order is now cancelled. Incredibly they also stated in the email that I am a ‘fraudulent customer’ and they are going to inform my credit card company accordingly. I am now waiting for a refund (can’t be that fraudulent if he has taken my money) and other consequences threatened by Omsara This has been a terrible shopping experience. Customers, please be aware you may be getting a nasty email from Omsara.

However, the entire process is very slow— it took about eight days to receive my order. The return process was even worse. They used the highly inefficient DHL, and it took twelve days for the package to reach the store, and another five days for the refund to be processed. So, a considerable amount of money was tied up for quite a long time before I got it back. It really depends on your situation. If you're sure about the product and the right size, it's a great choice. But if you're unsure whether you’ll need to return or exchange it, I would recommend not taking the risk.

Je suis très déçue, car vos sabots on une ouverture du pied large pour le sabot d'un sanglier! Voilà ce qui se passe quand ce n'est pas du "made in France" tout comme la marque Chausse Mouton dont la Chine fabrique les produits, leurs chaussons sont une pointure inférieure pour réduire les coût? C'est honteux et je suppose que ça pourrait être de même pour Rouchette, ils ne vérifient pas ce qu'ils vendent, ça sort d'un entrepôt jusqu'à votre boîte aux lettres. C'est tout simplement, oui, honteux de donner le travail des Français à des pays qui ne connaissent RIEN de notre morphologie. Donc je l'ai dans le baba!!! C'est du constant quoi qu'on achète à l'étranger! Dieu jugera tous les voleurs.

Highly Recommend!
We would use Fizber again! This saved us so much money and time. It was a great way to get our property in the MLS for the exposure, but not having to pay a listing agent. Anytime we had questions they promptly got back to us and were always willing to help. We highly recommend Fizber.

Don't waste your time.
I'm not surprised this business isn't BBB accredited. I should have done my due diligence first. There are plenty of other services out there, I'd advise you look elsewhere for free FSBO services. They nagged me every week to sign up for the MLS service and asked me how the selling was going when I told them, they said and I quote: "Due to your displeasure with us your Redfin and Fizber free FSBO listing has been deleted". Hahaha, I mean how juvenile can a company be and still remain in business?

Refund on unused MLS: no problem
After having carefully crafted sales flyers and seller disclosures for my home, I put the house For Sale on Zillow and added a Fizber listing. I wanted to get it on Redfin, so I debated what to do. I decided to purchase an MLS listing through Fizber. Before I had time to finish submitting my MLS listing (in 24 hours), I had two showings and an offer in hand. By 48 hours, I had another showing and another offer. I accepted one of the offers. Lynn Chapman at Fizber refunded the MLS fee, easy peasy. Therefore I had a pending FSBO contract above listing price with no contingencies in 48 hours, even without an MLS listing. I credit a combination of factors including my beautiful property and adequate preparation. But I am also happy to say I had good experiences with Zillow and Fizber.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I dont believe this rating on Trust Pilot. I am from the mortgage industry and you can have anyone do a rating. Trust Pilot is a good place but Fizber is so corrupt ~ they would not refund my money even though when my listing hit the MLS the photos doubled and tripled and disappeared. Use a realtor or do Zillow dont do this company. They have a disclaimer on their site once you buy that says if your photos dont load email them to us, that is NOT what I paid for I paid to do it myself and also to have control. Their system obviously doesnt integrate with the MLS correctly. Also my listing information was a mess, I had professionals I know calling saying get that off and Fizber agreed it was a mess and took it off the MLS but refused to give me my money back. Criminals!

List your home and save, I did!
I search the web for many hours and finally found Fizber.com. In minutes I opened an account, paid the reasonable fee, and was connected to a local realtor. I filled out the questionnaire and was listed on the MLS by the end of the day. The very next day people were calling for information and my house sold for full price. I saved $29,320.00 in commission. With that, I bought a new car. The title company handled all the paperwork and the realtor gave me guidance. A perfect deal.

Unnecessary middleman for MLS listing
Yes, Fiber did get me into the MLS which has been crucial to selling my home since agents won't bring clients unless you're in the MLS and willing to pay at least a buyers agent fee. My gripe is that Fizber just contacted another company in Florida who had that ability even though I'm in NC) and marked up what that company charged. All I needed was the MLS listing and Fizber provided no added value.

Poor customer experience
I do love their items but customer service is horrible. Trading emails - they say the same thing over and over. Charged my card and never received my item but they said it is my fault. They told me to speak with the delivery company and the delivery company said to speak to them. After writing this review I wanted to say that BLEUSALT did reach out to help me and have completely won back customer trust. Thank you BLEUSALT!

I love BLEUSALT!! I own many pieces of clothing, have given it as many gifts. It is so comfy, stylish and easy to care for. I recently lost a large amount of weight and was unsure if my new size. I was able to return, for a store credit, 2 items I had ordered that were just way too big. I am so pleased with the service I was offered and all of my purchases.

I came across BLEUSALT last year and absolutely love their clothing. I have bought about 80 pieces! I have had 2 or 3 misses, including a tube skirt that was different in size from the current style (was an older color/collection from app styles) but customer service has always been very helpful in resolving any issues. They wash well and are holding up well so far. I do wash on delicate and dry a bit on low and then finish air drying so they last longer. The dryer and hot water really do shorten the lifespan of your clothing so I avoid that. I am heading to Vietnam soon and will be packing all BLEUSALT perfect for mix n match and layering.:))

Be aware of return policy
Pretty standard quality and horrible customer service which is normal for this type of company. Clothes are okay - they call them "elevated basics" and you might call them "sweatpants." But, whatever. I just want to make sure people are aware that you cannot return anything that has been discounted. Nothing. Their measurements are off by anywhere from 1-2" so be aware that even if you buy the correct size and the clothes don't fit, you cannot return or exchange. The receipt and summary page before checkout do not say this. UPDATE: I was sent a link and was able to return my item. Due to the sizing and return issues, I decided not to exchange the item. The issue isn't with the policy, it is the lack of transparency. Just put Final Sale on the checkout page. Or returns subject to approval.

I just discovered this brand and can’t stop looking for new styles. I love the cropped polos (i have the zip up and the elevated polo) b/c they’re not too short. They are cropped but still cover my belly to meet my high waisted jeans. It’s so hard to find this since I have a long torso. Love! Please make more in ivory!! No, I mean make something in Ivory. Leggings, T’s, whatever. Ivory is so IN.

Wir haben über eine andere Webseite eine Reise gebucht, da hat sich anschließend nach der Bewertung dieser in der eMail dieser Dienstleister hier als Bewertungportal (?) herausgestellt. Wenn es darum geht, war die Bewertung auf der Webseite zur Reisebuchung einfach, hier im zur Verfügung gestellten Bewertungsdienstleister finde ich eher überflüssig. Wenn ich mein Auto in einer Autowerkstatt reparieren lasse und diese Bewerte möchte ich nicht noch für jede verwendete Herkunftsschraube eine abgeben ;)

Für den User nutzlose Fake-Plattform Es ist trotz Beweisen nicht möglich ein Unternehmen das nachweislich mutwillig seine Kunden schädigt negativ zu bewerten. Ausgezeichnet nimmt offensichtlich lieber das Geld der Unternehmen die einen Account haben als ein objektives Bewertungsportal zu sein. Schade aber für mich ist ausgezeichnet damit kein Portal mehr dem ich persönlich vertraue. Antwort auf Aussage zu meiner Bewertung: Ausgezeichnet.org macht es dem Kunden in Ihrem sogenannten "Mediationsverfahren" so schwer, dass man als Bewertender eher aufgibt weil es den Aufwand gar nicht wert ist. Ich habe nach Aufforderung sämtlichen E-mail Verkehr des Händlers eingereicht um klar und objektiv zu zeigen, dass es sich um wahre Aussagen handelt und nicht wie mir direkt schon unterstellt wurde um Zitat: "falsche Tatsachenbehauptungen". Jetzt fällt ausgez.org aber ein, dass E-Mails nicht reichen würden sondern ich soll Fotos senden und technische Gutachten erstellen lassen. Das ist kein Mediationsverfahren, das sind peinliche Geschäftsgebaren und einer objektiven Bewertungsplattform nicht würdig. Es gibt ja Gott sei Dank objektivere Plattformen die nicht nur den Umsatz Ihrer zahlenden Unternehmen sondern auch das Kerngeschäft einer Bewertungsplattform im Fokus haben. Das Mediationsverfahren ist abgeschlossen.

Prøvede at købe en jakke online, men efter at have gennemført ordren, fik jeg med det samme en meddelelse om at pengene blev ført retur fordi varen ikke er på lager, og der henvistes til en anden shop, som sælger canadian goose-jakker - men det var slet ikke det mærke, jeg havde bestilt. De prøvede ikke at vejlede mig omkring om de har noget lignende til salg, og det fremgik slet ikke ved bestillingen, at varen ikke var på lager. Inden købet prøvede jeg at kontakte dem ad to gange på to forskellige emailadresser, for at få info om størrelser, men uden svar fra nogen af dem. Ingen angivelse af CVR-nummer på hjemmesiden heller, og butikken i Silkegade er lukket. Har ikke mistet nogen penge på det, men det virker mest som en konkurs som ikke er lukket ned, af en eller anden grund. De var i hvert fald ikle særlig ivrige efter at hjælpe mig med at købe noget i deres shop.

Skulle have en taske i julegave til fruen. Selvfølgelig i sidste øjeblik, så den taske, jeg oprindelig havde tænkt på, var udsolgt. Men der blev hevet frem fra vægge og hylder. God rådgivning! Min kæreste og jeg kommer ind i butikken og spørger om der er nogle bæltetasker eller mindre tasker til omkring 500 -700 kr - kigger på os (eller min kæreste som er brun) og siger at vi nok skulle op i 3100 hundrede før vi kan finde noget der, hvilket i situationen var sindssygt nedladende og kiggede på min brune kæreste som om vi ikke har råd. Uacceptabel betjening - racistisk stødt. Køb ikke her.

Ubehagelig og aggressiv betjening
Jeg var fredag d. 25/11 2016 kl. 17 inde i butikken for at se på en vinterjakke. Da jeg spurgte ekspedienten, om det var muligt at få dunvinterjakker i en mere smal udgave, blev han på mest mystiske vis aggressiv, vred og truende. Ekspedienten har muligvis haft en dårlig dag, men som kunde var adfærden uacceptabel. Jeg kommer ikke til at handle i denne butik.
