didn’t receive a email or a tracking number my order number was 18066 and i even have a confirmation email and a charge

Horrible don’t order my package says it’s ready for transit but hasn’t moved in a month and I can’t get updates been emailing them and they can’t seem to find it either. I put my order in may and on June 5th was the last update on it being in transit

ordered and forgot to change a detail. Sent a message to change/order and it took days to reply to my email and when they finally did, they said it was too late. DO NOT ORDER!! Basically burglars.

It took a month to get my order, & I had to send many messages to see what was going on. I did hear back. Once I received my order, it was not as advertised. Halverwege oktober heb ik een order geplaatst met customised Jordan 1 mids. De gemiddelde levertijd is 5 tot 15 werkdagen, maar het kan iets langer duren. Ik heb na een maand weer contact met ze opgenomen omdat ik helemaal niks meer van ze had gehoord. Ze bleven me de hele tijd zeggen dat ze niks konden vertellen over de levertijd. Na een aantal boze mailtjes hebben ze toegegeven dat de schoen die ik heb besteld, niet leverbaar is momenteel. Idioot om daar zo laat pas mee te komen, maar goed. Ik maak dan na ruim 2 maanden de keuze om m’n order te annuleren, omdat ze simpelweg niet kunnen leveren wat ik heb besteld. En ze hebben de schoen niet eens dus waarom zou ik niet kunnen annuleren, zou je denken… Krijg ik een mailtje terug met dat ik m’n order niet kan annuleren. Ik vind het echt bizar hoe slecht de service is van dit bedrijf. Ik voel 0,0 respect en begrip naar de klant. Ik krijg steeds na een week vage en brutale mailtjes terug. BESTEL HIER NIET!!!!

Onlangs mijn schoenen binnen gekregen van dit bedrijf. Helaas zijn deze erg slecht afgewerkt. De sticker is op verschillende plaatsen dubbel komen te zitten. Contact gehad met het bedrijf maar helaas wilde ze hier niets aan doen. Het antwoord is dat er ergens een randje van 0.3 mm zit, maar de sticker zit dubbel op bijvoorbeeld de neus van de schoen. Hier zit verder geen randje of niks onder. Gewoon verkeerd geplakt dus. Er wordt op de website gezegd dat er garantie op de schoenen zit maar dit is helaas niet het geval. Erg jammer!

Op 1 december besteld, en afgesproken dat ik ze voor kerst zou hebben en dat is zeker gelukt. Op 19 dec kunnen ophalen. Goed contact met de verkoper, hij is goed bereikbaar. Zeker een aanrader!

Acquistato un pantalone invernale Fracomina con inserti in similpelle laterali. Materiali di pessima qualità, la pelle si è sgretolata, cadendo a pezzi. Mai visto una cosa simile. Il capo non era stato né lavato né stirato pertanto il difetto era proprio del tessuto. Pensavo che un'azienda italiana fosse più affidabile. Fatto presente il problema all'azienda che però ha detto di non rivolgermi a loro. Il negozio dice di rivolgermi all'azienda.. Sicuramente nel mio armadio non ci sarà mai più un vestito Fracomina.

I currently own the Mercury climbing jeans and the Reach jumper. Both items are of high quality and you can tell have been designed by climbers, for climbers with the attention to detail. The fact that they are a sustainably focused company and based in the UK is just a win-win and are leading by example in an industry that needs really needs to do better. Postage and returns are far too expensive considering the exorbitant price of the products.

I had two pairs of jeans/trousers from 3rd Rock which were great quality and I loved. I bought a third pair of jeans, which would have been good but the zipper didn't lie flat and fell down. (The zipper itself was longer than the fly fabric and bulged out). I returned the product for repair or replacement, but they said it wasn't faulty and wouldn't replace or repair it. I'm disappointed. I had previously been very enthusiastic about their clothing, but I won't buy from them again if their products are inconsistent.

This was the second time for me buying with this brand. I love their policies, their products and what they generally offer. But unfortunately this is the second time I order an item and then receive and email saying the the item I selected is not available. They promptly offered me a refund or another choice (which is great, but I ended up again with something that was not exactly what I wanted). Then, maybe it is my fault, but I don't recall reading something on extra fees for shipping to Italy. I ended up paying 80€ of custom costs. In addition I had to write several times to check my shipping cause it took more then one month to arrive (this also may not be the company's fault but it did affect the experience of buying with them).I usually buy abroad, so I know that there could be extra costs, but here I haven't notice any warning which I usually find in other websites, so maybe it could be good to add something on the website about it (in case I've missed it , my bad). The quality is great , the sizes just a tiny bit bigger that our Italian ones, but there are the measurements in case you want to double check.

I ordered a baby bracelet and have emailed multiple times and not had a reply. The original email stated i would receive my order between 7-10 days and it had been well over 10 days . No number to contact just an email address which you get no response from.

Order bedding for my baby girl four months ago. I was waiting more than a month and she said that she had health issues and I accepted it. After weeks I was asking where is my order she said royal mail lost it. I was asking for refund and she said she will pay when she get her wages in two weeks. It is week after her wages and she didn't respond to my messages. Absolutely disappointed with the service.

Man kan ikke stole på Preloved. Preloved fremstår utroværdig og uprofessionel. På deres hjemmeside skriver de: Hvor lang er leveringstiden? Bestiller du inden kl 14, bliver pakken afsendt samme dag. Vi sender med PostNord, så du vil have den inden for 1-2 dage. Jeg købte en taske fredag d.2. Januar inden kl. 14. Den 3. Januar registrerede de afsendelse hos GLS og ændrede tasken status til udsolgt på hjemmesiden. MEN de afleverede ikke tasken hos GLS. Siden da har jeg skrevet til dem hver dag uden de har svaret. Heldigvis har de ikke kunnet trække penge før tasken faktisk var afsendt. I dag d. 9.januar har jeg modtaget en mail, hvor Preloved skriver følgende: Jeg er meget ked af den lange svartid og dårlige købsoplevelse. Vi har haft sygdom i vores kundeservice, og derfor tingene er skredet. Der er desværre sket en fejl på vores lager, og tasken var markeret som på lager, selvom den allerede var solgt, derfor vores lagerpersonale ikke kunne få den ud af døren. Din ordre er annuleret og pengene er igen tilgængelige på din konto. Igen beklager jeg meget denne oplevelse.

So I rechecked on their website, and the description is very misleading Festive Couple's Christmas T-Shirt Set – 'I Have Everything I Want for Christmas' & 'It's Me, I'm Everything’ I assumed I’d receive both T-shirts, to me set means both, so I am extremely disappointed. One without the other is useless. This is misleading, and I am so disappointed.

Bereits bezahlte Ware nach 4 Monaten immer noch nicht verschickt. Auch auf Nachfrage, konnte kein konkreter Liefertermin genannt werden. Geld wurde zurückgefordert. Wenn ihr erwartet, eure Bestellung möglichst schnell und zuverlässig zu erhalten, bestellt nicht auf dieser Seite.

Je ne connaissais pas et ce fut ma première commande. Un simple saint Christophe en porte clé. L’article est de très bonne qualité, mais ce qui m’a le plus marqué est l’attention portée par la boutique. Emballée avec soin comme si c’était un cadeau, une carte prière en supplément. Tout ça pour un « simple » saint Christophe. Ça le fait plaisir car je souhaitait l’offrir à un être cher qui doit partir quelques mois en mission à l’étranger. Je recommanderai à tout le monde.

Je n'ai eu aucun souci, j'ai commandé une petite statue de la Vierge miraculeuse que j'ai fait livrer directement chez mon père avec un jour d'avance. Seul le fait que je n'ai pas réussi a bien dissocier l'adresse de facturation et l'adresse de livraison, mais bon. A fuir absolument. C’est une escroquerie. J’ai commandé une robe à 30€ qui ne correspond absolument pas à la photo. La qualité est tellement médiocre qu’elle est importable. Le tissu, la forme, la coupe …… j’ai demandé un remboursement qui m a été refusé au motif qu’elle était en solde au moment de l achat !!!!! Je me répète mais la robe n’est pas portable. Don't bother paying for next day postage. They say they do same-day dispatch if the order is made before 3:30PM, so I paid the extra for next day delivery as I needed it next day. Well, two days later they finally decide to dispatch it. Great job guys. Paid for next day, got it three days later. Totally got the service I paid for eh.....

No clothes. No refund. Never responds. This was my first order with them, they just kept my money and ignored me, the number of times I’ve contacted them means I can be certain it is deliberate. They do this because the police don’t follow-up on fraud/theft below £200. So don’t shop here, or spend at least £200 with them.

Still waiting for the £116 they stole from me. They pretend they are a different “entity” to the scammers who stole my money but it’s the same people involved in running the ‘business’ . Buyer beware. After a bad experience with this company I started looking at their reviews. According to previous customers bc4u also trades as big matts and uptheir. Check out the reviews on trustpilot. Another customer noted that the company went into liquidation owing many customers money, They reopened with a new director, his wife. The cut and paste answer they give in these reviews means they are mocking you for trusting them. This is information provided by other customers so worth checking out before you throw your hard earned money at them. I believe the only reason i received a full refund was I paid with paypal. To counter their untruthful reply, they sent sarcastic emails regarding other customers". Obviously these other customers are not the many many from the bad reviews. What they fail to say is on my original order, they had a timer which stated I would receive my items in 3 days (I have screenshot). They also accepted my money for postage , knowing they could not fulfill the order in time. An email to tell me my order was going to be over a week late would have been the professional thing to do. I also went back to their site and checked for the same item and the counter still said order now , receive in 3 days. I would say being lied to and the sarcastic emails were enough to call it a bad experience. If you don't believe I was only reimbursed because I used paypal, read their reviews, there are many people out of pocket still. Why would people spend their hard earned money with a company that goes bankrupt and reopens with the wife as the new owner. Lots of reviews are from 2024 not 2023 so it looks like they are up to the same thing. Look at the reviews for "big matts" and "uptheir" if you need confirmation as i believe these are part of the same company. Big Matts 61% 1* reviews Uptheir 50% 1* reviews Makes me wonder if the 5* reviews are actually customers.

I have bought items from Big clothing 4u, for a long time , always pleased with the results, great gear at a fair price, recently i sent them some items I was returning to a different company, by mistake, when i realised my error, I contacted them, all my goods were returned to me, I know they hada job locating them. but still helped me out. If over the years, you, like me, have found that if you leave your clothes in the wardrobe too long, they shrink, but that is no longer a problem, as although certain shops that used to cater for people with a larger frame , have disappeared from our high streets, there is one particular saviour to all who have put on a bit over the years. That is "Big Clothing 4 U". They provide an excellent range of clothing at reasonable prices, affordable by all, and great quality to boot. They are certainly worth having a look at, by all people who have lost the plot clothes wise as soon as you expand past the high street limit of 2XL. They go much further. Have a look, you won't regret it.

got a pair of shorts from these people, wore them twice and all the seams under the back pockets all tore, contacted them but no replies. the phone number says you have to use the website to contact them they just will not get back to me. I have spent a fair amount of money with these, I find a major fault with 1 product and they don't want to know. WILL TAKE MY CUSTOM ELSE WHERE! There reply below is not correct, the first email I sent about 10 days before the second was not replied to. They started responding soon after this review went up. Plus they state with returns must be in original packaging which I do not have and then say the item will be inspected and maybe sent back to me. I've had lots of clothing from them and have one faulty item and it's been a nightmare. I'll be sending them back and will update with outcome here.

Well it’s been over 9 months now since I returned an item of clothing from big clothing 4 U and given up trying to get a refund of £40. Endless emails and unanswered phone calls, have stopped using this company and never will AGAIN!!!

They did not refund me, had to send multiple emails without an answer. Charged me 6 euro return fee when the courier did not even try to deliver just dropped it off at pick-up station. I paid for delivery to the address not pick up, why i would shop online when I need to go and hunt for my products... Do not shop very poor customer service and they will ''forget'' about your refund and just send robotic answers.

Secondo me è il miglior sito che vende roba originale a un prezzo più che decente. Acquistato scarpe Adidas Crazy 8 che ovunque in Italia (negozio fisico e on line) costano da 140 euro, qui a un prezzo molto basso 70 euro. Fate attenzione alle misure prima di ordinare perché 44 internazionale del Adidas è 43 europeo. Io mi sono trovato con delle scarpe molto più strette perché pensavo che 44 è 44 da per tutto. Qui sarebbe meglio se anche la ditta avvertisse di questa incongruenza tra i numeri. Però in primis siamo noi che dobbiamo informarci prima di ordinare. Ora ho ordinato per la mia misura 44 europeo un 45 1/3 internazionale del Adidas che è leggermente più grande di come porto io. Le altre scarpe non le mando indietro 1 perché la spedizione del reso è a carico vostro 2 quando mio figlio indosserà 43 (fra un po' di anni) avrà delle scarpe uniche. Tutto sommato ottimo direi, la spedizione dura fino a 7 giorni lavorativi. Consiglio il sito anche la loro applicazione. Grazie

He realizado la compra de unos zapatos O'NEILL Wallenberg Mid Hombre Zapatos 90223017-JCU 44 qué he comprado en mi pedido 4783093 y al primer uso el material superior ha comenzado a desprenerse. Aun no han sido capaces de ejecutar una solución justa para dicho problema. Supuestamente reembolsarian un % del coste, pero ya han pasado más de 10 días desde mi reclamación y ni me responden los correos ni llega dicha devolución.

Da bei meiner ersten Bestellung 1 Artikel nicht ankam hab ich, 2tage später, eine Email geschrieben wann der fehlende Artikel kommt. Telefonischer Kontakt ist nicht möglich. Es wurde mir eine Sendungsverfolgung geschickt welche sich auch jetzt noch wahrscheinlich in der wartschleife befindet. Ende vom Lied waren 10 geschrieben Emails die einfach ignoriert wurden, Kontakt über instagram der ebenfalls keine Lösung hatte und nach 1 monat warten hab ich weder geld zurück noch ware. So etwas kann passieren aber das der Artikel, trotz " sofort lieferbar " nicht nochmal versendet wurde oder ein entgegen kommen möglich war muss ich leider sagen : nie mehr Sportspar!

It wasn’t clear on the website that the pearls were irregular in shape and I could not see this clearly until I had opened the plastic package and held them in my palm I now have found I can’t return them even though I haven’t tried them on deeply dissapointed

This pearl necklace was one of the gifts I gave my daughter for her 36th birthday in honor of her birthday. There is no doubt in my mind that she absolutely adores them! What a stunning necklace! Honestly, I can't get enough of them! I'm in love with them! I am sure that it was a great surprise for my daughter to receive them in such an attractive box. As soon as she saw the box, her eyes darted towards me as if to ask, "What did you do?" When she opened the necklace wardrobe box, she yelled, "No way!" She knew I had to save up so that I could give this gift to her. It was so easy to save for this gift, and I was so happy to be able to do it! Her gift was absolutely wonderful and she loved it so much! This pearl necklace is my personal favorite and I highly recommend it!

I purchased a jacket online from YOUMODO (via their Amazon store) but had to return it as it was too large. I sent it back via Evri on 16 January 2025 (with proof of return) and have been waiting for a refund ever since. Despite follow-up emails, I have received no response from customer service. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and failure to process my refund. A reputable company should handle returns efficiently and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. I would appreciate an urgent resolution to this issue. Until then, I cannot recommend shopping with YOUMODO.

Habe für mich und meine Frau zwei Winterjacken „Ragwear“ bestellt und sehr schnell geliefert bekommen. Beide Jacken sind schön leicht, herrlich warm und von einer tollen Qualität. Bei der nächsten Bestellung habe ich Ragwaer Sweatjacken zur Auswahl in verschiedenen Größen bestellt. Abwicklung wieder perfekt. Zurückgesandte Jacken wurden sofort rückerstattet. Tipp- habe festgestellt, daß XL der deutschen Größe 52 und XXL der deutschen Größe 54 entspricht. Kann Youmodo uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Tolle Auswahl, super Qualität, perfekte Abwicklung.

Nu maar hopen dat ze rap de retour stortingen in orde maken. Heb inmiddels bijna €400 betaald en nog geen jas! Heb de klantenservice benaderd Update: Het heeft even geduurd! Maar uiteindelijk zijn alle retouren netjes afgehandeld en heb ik de 3e keer het juiste product netjes verpakt mogen ontvangen.

Mooie jas gekocht bij Youmodo, jas was precies zoals op de site was afgebeeld. En tot mijn verrassing kwam de levering eerder dan verwacht. Helaas was de jas te klein en heb h'm teruggestuurd en een maatje groter besteld. Deze zat perfect.Netjes na een week mijn geld teruggestort gekregen. Echt aan te raden om hier wat te bestellen.

Via amazon een winterjas besteld. Deze werd geleverd door youmodo.de Precies de jas zoals op het plaatje, ook de beschrijving ervan klopt 100% Super snelle levering. Ben er erg blij en tevreden mee. Eerder was ik even huiverig om nog wat te bestellen via internet aangezien ik een paar weken geleden door een malafide bedrijf opgelicht was en niet het bestelde product ontvangen had zoals beschreven en ook het hoge bedrag totaal niet waard was.

TOP service. Ik was eerst een beetje bang om in Duitsland te bestellen. Maar dat bleek niet nodig. Eerste bestelling werd door DHL niet afgeleverd (omdat mijn adres volgens hen niet klopte). De klantenservice van YouModo was uiterst snel en vriendelijk. Ik moest wel opnieuw bestellen, maar ze hebben extra het verzendlabel gecontroleerd. En binnen een dag had ik het geld van de eerste zending mét verzendkosten terug. In de 2e zending had ik voor de zekerheid een extra maat besteld. Eén exemplaar gehouden en de andere mocht op hun kosten retour. Ongelofelijk. Ik was best bereid deze retourkosten op me te nemen, omdat ik het fijn vond een keuze te hebben. En de jas die ik heb gehouden: wat een topper. Ziet er leuk uit, zit lekker. Wat mij betreft krijgt YouModo.de een dikke 10. p.s. en ze zijn goedkoper dan Zalando :-)

This company scams you! They take your credit card and continue to charge you even after cancelling. They’ve been charging me for months without my knowledge or consent. I Never received a box in the mail either. I cancelled so long ago. When I finally confront them about it, they tell me I have a shirt I didn’t return- I bought the shirt! There is the charge on my card proving I did. They refuse to refund me and they aren’t even contacting me to address the issue! Avoid this company like the plague. It’s not worth the headache nor the money. 9 months charging me and never once did they send a reminder to return the supposed garment that was at home nor did they send an email saying “ thanks for payment”. They continue to charge you. I am so upset and pissed off. I feel so violated. You’ve been warned.

Without explanation, Gwynnie Bee has stopped its regular Tuesday and Thursday release of no garments. When I messaged customer service inquiring, I received no response the first time and a sketchy response the second time. Makes me winder if they are on the way out.

I canceled in 2021 and just noticed they have been charging me $5.30 a month since then. I am getting no service through them and I don't see how they can do that. They are shady. Do not use this service

Not like other subscriptions - there is no stylist or items selected for you. Try Wantable, Dia and Co, or Stitch Fix if you want items selected for you. Edited: Initially I had a lot of problems cancelling my subscription, but after writing this review, the company did provide me a refund and cancel it for me. Not the best experience overall, but they did make it right, which has led me to increase rating.

I did this year's ago, then got tired of not getting my top picks so I stopped. Started again earlier this year, great for 6 months, now the clothes smell awful. I have sent back 5 dresses out of the last 7 due to smell. I keep getting free upgrades and apologizes, but what's the point anymore? I'm just wasting my time and gas money going to the post office to return these stinky clothes. Then they try to sell them to me for $60, $70, $100. Omg.

This was a terrible company to work with. The clothes were dated and in poor condition. It is not possible to cancel on their website - you have to do it over the phone - and I had to repeat five times that I wanted to cancel as the representative continued to try to sell me on keeping it. Finally after "checking with a supervisor" they told me they could refund the current month - IF I called back to claim the refund in a week. This is a predatory company.

Don’t do it!! I had used GB for quite some time and had never had any issues and then all of a sudden items stopped coming. I tried canceling my subscription twice but they still kept billing me. I called a third time reporting that they were charging me for an item I never received AND were continuing to bill me even after I had cancelled. After this call I was billed yet again. I turned off my recurring billing. They are now trying to claim I still owe multiple months (mind you nothing had arrived to my house for over 5 months) and an item that never came. We have been back and forth but they are insistent. Beware they are trying to take me for over $300. If items stop coming take action immediately and insist that they send you a transcript of the conversation.

I did really like it. They started sending me things I never put in my closet. I have a favorite jean brand and I find they are always sold out in my size. The sizes up and down are there but not mine. I called and was told what day they add new items I went on that day and still my jeans added that day not available. I'm a plus size, actually I'm an average size but I won't wear the curtains or couch cover I want pretty clothes too!!!!!
