Unsubscibing
Have tried unsubscribing from their email alerts. The only option I could find was a screen where one can manage one's preferences. No option to unsubscribe and the mails keep coming despite editing preference to receive no alerts. After two maybe three weeks I tried contacting them through their website to complain and that has been ignored as well. Incompetence at best dodgy business practices more likely.

la paire de chaussures a mis du temps à venir, c’était pour Noël. commande ##4418. La paire de chaussures est arrivée le 7 janvier, le 8 janvier. J’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mail pour dire que la paire de chaussures est trop petite pour mon fils, et que j’aimerais avoir un remboursement jusqu’à présent zéro réponse. Nous sommes le 31 janvier. Personne ne m’a répondu. Ils ont aucun numéro pour les joindre, ils ne répondent pas à leur EMAIL. J’ai une paire de chaussures que mon fils ne peut pas mettre car le modèle ne convient pas à ses pieds. je sais pas si je dois envoyer un recommandé pour qu’il puisse me répondre, je sais qu’ils vont me dire c’est trop tard pour le remboursement alors que j’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mail le lendemain. Franchement ce genre de site c’est désagréable. De l’argent foutu en l’air, je me retrouve avec une paire de chaussures que je ne pourrai pas rembourser.

Unable to get any customer service !!!!!
I ordered some Nike leggings on the 24/11 that were faulty . I’ve been contacting pro-am kits via email for the past two weeks ( I’ve sent 7 Emails in that time ) and still no response ! I would like a return or exchange for the faulty item . It says to inform them within 10 days but how can you when you don’t hear anything back ? The phone line doesn’t even work because apparently they have closed it so they can focus on emails ! Disgraceful !

Beware - No customer service if anything goes wrong
Our order was delivered to the wrong address/lost by DPD, who have confirmed the problem. However there is zero customer support at pro-am to resolve the issue. They have switched off their telephone line (with a recorded message), there is no response after 3 days of trying to reach via this chat functionality or email.

I have always been a keen user of Savings Champion services, but this time they have let me down "big time". My wife has followed the best buy tables for years and decided to take out an account with the bank (name withheld) paying the highest rate. She did not expect to have to jump through endless hoops to use the account in real life. It does make me question how a bank with ludicrous requirements for using the account gets "top billing" by Savings Champion. Perhaps a more thorough check should have been carried out by SC as I would believe 80% of the customers who use the "Best Buy" tables would not have a clue how to use this account and resent the day they made the application.

Beware the "non working days".
It should be mentioned that this useful site, unlike similar comparison sites, appears not to be updated at weekends and Bank Holidays (about 30% of the year), at a time when many offers open and are quickly withdrawn. On the weekend of 23/24 April 2022, the Kent Reliance 1 year 2.05% bond was widely listed on other comparison sites, but were absent from the Savings Champion listings, which remained exactly how they appeared on Friday afternoon, until 9.30am on Monday.

I cannot believe a "savings champion" site is now recommending investing in equities or bonds for novices, I think perhaps you should rename to "bait for the city sharks". Yes savings are losing money, historically they always do, but at least you know the loss rate, unlike investments, (which should be label ed gambling for suckers), if your really concerned go and buy 1oz gold bullion coins, Britannias are VAT and capital gains tax free, and over time usually keep pace with inflation, keep them safe, (bury them, it worked for pirates), and tell no one, sit back relax.

Like Cigarettes There Should be Warnings
I normally find the newsletter interesting and informative, not to mention useful. However I was less than impressed with the 'flag-waving' in support of a Lasting Power of Attorney. The article was no more than an advert in disguise for a legal service company. Everything was painted as a wonderful document which gives peace of mind and allows you to retain control. This is absolute rubbish - you are handing over COMPLETE control of every aspect of your life. I accept in most cases the Power can only bring benefits - but not in every case. There are unscrupulous people and a Power in the wrong hands is a jackpot. The article contained no warnings - for example the holder can change your will at the stroke of a pen - in their favour. They have carte-blanche with your finances. I have even seem elderly people crying out for residential care being denied it in favour of a cheaper home care option - just to protect the inheritance. By all means promote what is a useful tool but point out the potential pitfalls. I am speaking from 40 years in financial services and trust me - the love of money is overwhelming for some. Ability to complain - never saw it work yet. Literally there are no controls or redress.

Poor advice on obtaining LPA. Use .gov direct
I’m a consistent user of Savings Champions and about to use The Private Office. However I was disappointed by their recent mailer on LPA and guidance to pay for a service. The .gov site applying for a LPA is as clear and easy to fill in as it gets. You will be submitting the same simple required information to the paid for service as is required by .gov. You will be paying the same fee for registration in both cases. The paid for service will just be forwarding on the information you provide and could have filled in on line. It somehow makes me question the independence of S C and is making me a little apprehensive about The Private Office now. I don’t understand why they felt the need to confuse the ease of application

I wish I could give 0 stars! Worst Experience Ever with Fanatics.co.uk I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with Fanatics.co.uk. I paid for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, but guess what? My delivery did NOT arrive the next day! After contacting their web chat, I was informed that my item had been sent, but DPD stated they were still waiting to receive it. Fast forward two days, and still no sign of my item. When I reached out for an update, I was told to wait an additional three working days. However, their website clearly states that this extended wait time applies only to personalized items, which mine was NOT. They kept insisting I be patient, but it’s easy for them to say when they don't have a neurodivergent child eagerly waiting for his birthday outfit. Now, he won’t have the item to wear at his party, and I’m heartbroken. And don't even get me started on the so-called “gesture of goodwill” — a 20% voucher code. I will NEVER shop with Fanatics.co.uk again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs!

So on the 13th Feb I order a £134 jersey on the the site it said out of stock until 28th Feb, and is around 10 days delivery, so today when checking I see it's eta is May 9th 3 months from when I ordered, when I ask what's going on I'm simply told its out of stock, happy to take your money and make you wait quarter of a year for the goods.

Ordered official England football merchandise £25 t-shirt. The Large size ordered was very small, but I guess they have different ideas about womens sizes where it was manufactured in Bangladesh. Then I realised that the logo was not as I ordered. Final nail in the coffin, when I also realised I had to pay £6.20 to return a t-shirt what wasn't as described. Won't make the same mistake again.

Poor quality product, Great Service
I originally purchased a Manchester United football shirt for my son a year ago, and unfortunately, the sponsor label started peeling off the front. While I understand that some wear and tear is natural, my son has other shirts that are three to four years old, and none have had similar issues. However, I must commend Fanatics for their excellent customer service. After raising my concerns, they quickly responded and provided a full refund, which I really appreciate and will reinvest with them for a new shirt. While I’m disappointed with the quality of the product, I can’t fault the way Fanatics handled the situation – their customer support has been fantastic. Although my poor son still has to endure the ups and downs (mostly downs) of being a Manchester United fan, at least he can now do it in a shirt that isn’t falling apart! Sincerely, James

It took a week from when I placed the order for a personalised football shirt for them to tell me it was out of stock. What a joke. If it’s out of stock, don’t take someone’s money and let them wait around for a week just to tell them they can’t have what they ordered. Shouldn’t be running an e-commerce business if you can’t keep the online storefront updated to reflect stock levels. I won’t use Fanatics ever again.

hatte mir den sport bh louisa bestellt, dieser kam mit seltsamen weißen flecken an!? außerdem wirklich unterirdische qualität (leider kann ich hier keine bilder hochladen) und das ist nicht übertrieben. bei ein paar nähten waren die fäden einfach gar nicht vernäht, nicht mal abgeschnitten und standen gute 5 cm ab.. der träger war nicht grade genäht, sondern hatte eine krumme stelle, einfach komplett krumm genäht..?? auch am rücken gab es noch eine sehr unschön vernähte stelle. und das für 39,99€?! ABZOCKE!

Schrecklicher Kundenservice
Die Qualität ist okay, der Kundenservice unterirdisch. Ich habe beim Black Friday bestellt und kurz vor Weihnachten mein Paket erhalten! Ich habe meine Bestellung Reverpackt von DHL bekommen, ich sollte eine Schadensanzeige bei DHL veranlassen und die Ware zu DHL schicken, parallel wurde mir von Smilodox versprochen, mir das Paket erneut zuzusenden. Das ist nie passiert, per email soll man ständig alles erneut schildern, hat man alle Informationen übertragen, wird man ignoriert und bekommt eine Antwort mehr. Über die Klamotten die dann von DHL an smilodox zurückgesendet werden habe ich eine Rückzahlung bekommen, über die Ware, die nie im Paket war nicht, ich habe jetzt also Ware bezahlt, die ich nie gesehen habe und werde seitdem ignoriert.

Eine einzige Enttäuschung – Smilodox ist mehr Schein als Sein!
Selten habe ich ein Unternehmen erlebt, das dermaßen unfähig und kundenunfreundlich agiert. Schon die Bestellung war eine Farce, doch der wahre Albtraum beginnt erst, wenn es Probleme gibt. Der sogenannte Kundenservice ist nichts weiter als eine schlecht programmierte Textbaustein-Maschinerie – egal, wie detailliert man sein Anliegen schildert, man erhält stets nur vorgefertigte Standardantworten, die keinerlei Bezug zum eigentlichen Problem haben. Eine ernsthafte Lösung? Fehlanzeige! Besonders dreist ist die Wartezeit auf Erstattungen. Man wird vertröstet, hingehalten und schlichtweg ignoriert. Es scheint fast so, als sei es Geschäftsstrategie, Kunden mürbe zu machen, damit sie irgendwann resignieren und auf ihr Geld verzichten. Und wehe, man wagt es, eine negative Bewertung zu schreiben! Diese wird entweder kommentarlos gelöscht oder erst gar nicht veröffentlicht. Offenbar legt Smilodox mehr Wert darauf, sein makelloses Image künstlich zu pflegen, als sich tatsächlich um Kundenzufriedenheit zu bemühen. All das passt nur allzu gut zur Karriere von Flying Uwe – einst gefeierter Fitness-Influencer, heute ein Unternehmer, der sein Image über alles stellt, während hinter den Kulissen nichts als heiße Luft bleibt. Viel Marketing, viel Eigenlob, doch sobald man genauer hinsieht, entpuppt sich das ganze Konstrukt als leere Fassade. Smilodox steht sinnbildlich für diese Art von Geschäft: eine glänzende Oberfläche, die auf Social Media makellos inszeniert wird, während die Realität dahinter eine ganz andere ist. Wer sich Frust, lange Wartezeiten und unprofessionellen Support ersparen will, sollte einen großen Bogen um dieses Unternehmen machen. Hier zählt nicht der Kunde, sondern nur die Außenwirkung – und wer das kritisiert, dessen Bewertung wird dann einfach gelöscht. Ein Armutszeugnis!

Schlechte Reklamation bei Geschenken
Ich hab den Trinkbecher 1,2l in rosa vor einiger Zeit geschenkt bekommen. Nun lässt sich leider der Deckel nicht mehr schließen. Also man dreht und dreht und der Deckel lässt sich danach einfach abziehen. Ich habe den Becher bisher ungefähr 20 mal benutzt und nun ist er nicht mehr brauchbar. Der Kundenservice von smilodox war mir leider auch keine Hilfe. Sie meinten sie benötigen eine Bestellnummer, sonst können sie mir auch nicht helfen. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von dieser Marke und werde dort definitiv kein Kunde werden.

Tolle Produkte und guter Kundenservice
Bei meiner Bestellung hat ein Artikel gefehlt, was mal vorkommen kann. Der Kundenservice hat jedoch sehr schnell und überaus freundlich reagiert und veranlassen die Nachlieferung. Ich bin mit den Preisen und der Qualität der Klamotten sehr zufrieden und die 2l Stahltrinkflasche als Gratisartikel zur Bestellung ist mega! Die Lieferzeit ist nur leider wirklich ziemlich lang ;-) ( man wird jedoch über den Lieferstatus laufend informiert)

Zugegebenermaßen haben die Klamotten eine gute Qualität. Doch der Service ist unterirdisch und stellt alles positive in den Hintergrund. Wir haben vor Weihnachten per Expressversand liefern lassen. Die Ware kam verspätet an, was passieren kann, kein Problem. Doch nach unserer Bitte das Geld zu erstatten, bekamen wir einen weiteren Jogger versandt. Wir schickten diesen ebenfalls zurück und bekamen nichtmal eine Antwort auf diese Retoure. Nach unserer Kontaktaufnahme hieß es dann wir sollten 14 Tage warten. Wohl gemerkt der Vorgang geht bereits seitdem 23.12.2024. Ich frage mich ob es eine Masche ist, die darauf aus ist, dass wir Kunden einfach die Geduld verlieren und es dabei belassen.

Good customer service
I ordered one pair of shoes a slightly different style from my first pair. It wasn’t as comfortable as the original style so i asked to return them. I ordered the color i wanted in the original style. That order came right away but inly had 1 shoe in the box!!! I contacted support and they said to just keep the shoe and they refunded my money. Meanwhile, I hadn’t returned the first pair yet. I went to do that and discovered it would cost me ($16) to mail them plus I would have to pay a restocking fee. I’ll do better to sell them on facebook then get a refund after costs. So the customer service was good, and I really love the comfort of the shoe, make sure you want what you order because if’s not worth it to return.

Headaches, but overall a fulfilled experience.
The team at OwnOnly - led by Alice - completely redeemed themselves after a very rocky experience I had with them when ordering suits for my wedding. Pros: Excellent quality suit. Modern fit, material is strong, made with great quality. Frankly, perhaps the most quality suit I own. Great value given price and quality. Cons: Discrepancies between images online and actual color that comes in. Average customer service at best - no telephone number, time difference between factory in China and US. Only communication is via email. At first glance, OwnOnly is too good to be true: a fully custom suit for ~$300-400 USD? In many ways, it is. There were a lot of headaches in my experience with OwnOnly but Alice did a great job in making up for their mistakes throughout the process. Here's the short version: I would recommend OwnOnly for a wedding party that is organized. If you get your orders in SEVERAL (10-12 weeks) in advance, I trust you'll have a pleasant experience. I began the ordering process for my wedding (10/27) around mid August. We ordered the blue business suit with the light tan buttons. The color was excellent - unique, light grey/blue color. The buttons that arrived on my suit, however, were traffic-cone orange. Alice promptly sent us all new buttons free of charge but we needed to go to a tailor and pay for these adjustments. As for the suit fit, mine was no good. OwnOnly did not provide a refund for the buttons - but they gave me with a $35 (+/-) tailoring refund. Despite my tailoring costs being about $240, I appreciated the efforts on OwnOnly's behalf. The rest of my groomsmen's suits, however, fit like gloves! I strongly encourage any and all to take their time, watch the videos that they provide, and measure 2x during the process. The button color and my fit wasn't the only issue. My last groomsman ordered his the week after Labor Day which came in on time. Unfortunately, one of my groomsmen (who ordered his prior to Labor Day) did not receive his suit on time. Explain that to me! Alice said "for some reason, the suit was not completed in time but we will do our best to get it to you for your wedding".. not acceptable to my wife. It arrived the Monday following my wedding. OwnOnly made this right by providing me with an option of a 50% reimbursement to the card on file or a 100% refund to OwnOnly. I was able to get another suit with that money, which was much appreciated. All in all, I would recommend OwnOnly for any and all looking for a very quality suit that they do not need for 6-10 weeks or longer.

I bought it for my husband and it arrived in just over 3 weeks. I am very pleased with the results. Quality material and construction. Fit was spot on. Only two adjustments were required: sleeves needed shortening and seat needed to be let out. Ownonly customer service was great with email communication and I was reimbursed my local tailor's costs for adjustments

With my future husband's unusual build
With my future husband's unusual build, it was an extreme challenge to find a quality suit that fit him well without extreme alterations. I decided to try ordering online from OWNONLY and provided his measurements as instructed in the video. The suit arrived within a few short weeks and exceeded our expectations! The material is fine quality, the stiching and details were perfect. The only issue was the pants were cut thin as the tailor didn't see our request for straight leg, vs slim cut. We contacted customer service and they rushed him a new pair of pants, with expedited processing even through the holidays when they are usually closed, and expedited shipping to make sure we would have them before the wedding. The new pants arrived with a few days to spare and fit perfectly. The suit far exceeded our expectations and my husband looked amazing for our wedding. Toddler Sized Suit- DON'T DO IT
I ordered a 2 piece navy suit for my Fiance' and it turned into a nightmare. From the very beginning, the communications were very bizarre. There were no standard confirmation emails and you pay through a separate system. When the suit came in, it was packed in a beautiful box...opened it and the disaster began. My Fiance' is not a big guy, his size is standard(6'2" 180lbs). Disclaimer:The suit description didn't say slim cut anywhere on the description, and I measured based on their sizing guide. In fact, we ordered his wedding tux the weekend before from another company and we used the same measurements from a professional tailor. The suit WOULD NOT EVEN GO OVER HIS THIGHS. It was child sized. The suit jacket and pants were Navy, and they lined it in opaque white. You could see the cuts in the back of the jacket through the liner. The pants wouldn't even go past his knees and the jacket was skin tight. The pants were see through when you held the pants up in the air. They were unlined. Remember these measurements came from a professional tailor the week before. I reached out to support, they emailed me back and kept asking me to re-measure. When i followed their instructions, they told me it was user error and i failed to order the correct size and i needed to go to a local tailor. I got no refund, I have a $417 child sized navy suit now with my fiance's initials in it. Avoid this sketchball company.

I have purchased from othersites in the past and not been happy with the products or lack of honesty. I pretty much use Gemrockauctions.com exclusively if I am purchasing online. I had 2 packages this last yearnot arrive...but the first time after investigating, according to tracking, the post office delivered, but we found out that someone had been stealing packages from mailboxes...he was eventually caught and arrested. The second time...after several weeks and communicating with the sellar, he checked stiff on his end, i investigated on this end, and found that the package had been at Customes for months...which means that it was either lost at customes or stolen by someone at customes, either way it was not the fault of the sellar or the vendor. I have purchased gemstones for years and have learned many small details of what to watch for. It does not matter who you deal with, knowing what to look for saves a lot of headaches and knowing the process saves a lot of hard feelings. Also, if something doesn't look quite right, don't bid on it, it's just that simple. I am and have beed very happy with this company.

Scam site, save your money
I've been dealing with a seller not delivering on a $166 USD package since JANUARY which I think was on purpose, drawing it out to get past PayPal's dispute window. I didn't know this at the time so I went with it, was polite and patient about it but it's clear I'm not getting my package. The seller said I'd for sure get a refund by today, no surprise there is no refund and the seller has gone silent. Zero support from the website either, and I've messaged several times. Save your money, this site is a scam.

Completely negative experience
I'm currently going through trying to get a refund on an $85 garnet I ordered. Seller sent me the wrong stone, admitted he did, than tried to get me to spend more money by paying extra to get the garnet I ordered and keep this wrong one too OR, at my own expense (minimum $35) ship this wrong item back and then he'll ship out the correct one. I refused to do either. If a seller sends you an item you did not order or the wrong item it is their responsibility to pay to ship it back. He did agree to refund me for the purchase, but I've also filed a dispute with my credit card because I do not trust him. It's been an ugly experience with me having to photograph and screenshot everything as proof. I would never use this site again.

I bought this "gte stage one" chip for my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. Because of transmission characteristics it was up shifting early and in slow traffic or slow uphill was pinging and suffering. After my first week trial I gained +/- 4 mls/gallon in urban traffic and +/- 7 mls in highway. Throttle response became amazing. Pinging and suffering at low speed still exist. In manual it says after two weeks it will work properly. I will share my second week.

Restposten24 ist ein absoluter Scam. Sie verschicken Rechnungen an Leute, die sich nie registriert haben und drohen direkt mit Inkassobüros. Die Kundenbetreuung ist katastrophal – keine Antworten auf E-Mails und keine Möglichkeit, jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen. Ich empfehle niemandem, hier Geschäfte zu machen. Halten Sie sich von dieser Firma fern!

Abo gekündigt - wird trotzdem verlängert
Ich hatte mehrere Inserate online geschaltet, aber sowohl die Nachfrage als auch das Angebot auf dieser Plattform waren enttäuschend. Da gibt es bessere Alternativen, die ich auch erfolgreich genutzt habe. Leider habe ich die Kündigungsfrist um wenige Tage verpasst. Trotz meiner sofortigen Kündigungsanfrage wurde das Abo um ein Jahr verlängert. Ich weiß, das war mein Fehler. Allerdings wurde auf meine E-Mail nicht geantwortet. Schlechter Kundenservice! Kein Zeichen von Kulanz! Schade... Da ich diese Plattform ohnehin nicht mehr nutzen werde und sie auch nicht weiterempfehlen kann, möchte ich Sie bitten, meinen Jahresbeitrag an eine wohltätige Organisation Ihrer Wahl zu spenden. So hätte es wenigstens einen sinnvollen Zweck. Ich hoffe auf ein kleines Stück Menschlichkeit.

Ho fatto diversi acquisti presso il punto vendita di Mesagne(BR), sito nel centro commerciale Appia Antica. Tutti gli oggetti si sono rotti dopo averli indossati per pochissime volte, con la beffa di sentirmi dire che le riparazioni non erano coperte da garanzia. Ultima esperienza con un anello, per il quale sono riuscita ad avere la sostituzione, perché rotto dopo 15 giorni, ma in cambio ne ho avuto un altro graffiato, storto e opaco. Purtroppo mi sono accorta solo a casa del difetto ed è inutile dire che non mi è stato più sostituito. Commesse arroganti e maleducate. Non acquisterò mai più niente.

Collana in argento annerita e rovinata dopo 4 mesi
Ho acquistato a maggio un collier d'argento che si è dopo 4 mesi per meta annerito. L'ho riportato indietro al negozio e mi e' stato detto che non faranno nulla perché è saltata la patina. Colpa del profumo. 1. Non ho comprato una collana placcata 2. L'argento annerisce a lucidato torna perfetto se e' argento. Non vi dovreste chiamare gioielleria ma placcatoneria

O comprato una collana d oro x la cresima di mio figlio dopo un po' si è spezzata l ho ritornata in negozio x poterla aggiustare mi arriva nuovamente rotta .. e ancora da maggio a ora aspetto la collana che purtroppo mio figlio nn ha potuto poterla indossare come dovrebbe... Siete poco professionali . Molto delusa sono e tra l'altro avevo pure pagato la riparazione .

2 anni fa ho acquistato un orologio da polso marca calipso,dopo pochi mesi il cinturino in plastica si è squarciato,lo faccio vedere alla proprietaria e mi fa:beh tutta la plastica prima o poi si rovina. Ahhhh.... rispondo.... volevo comprare quello della Guess di 150 euro ma visto che è di plastica mi risparmio sti soldini.(Sempre in plastica e colore arancione visto che mi piace molto questo colore.....ho perfino la panda di colore arancio di Sicilia.) A me e famiglia non mi vede più

VERGOGNA
Da premettere che sono stata una cliente da circa 12 anni del punto vendita di Riposto- Giarre, negli anni man mano ho trovato un negozio sempre più mal gestito, gentilissimi a venderti i prodotti che nel tempo hanno avuto un calo di qualità immenso, ma al momento di risolverti i problemi….assenti totalmente. Ho comprato un paio di orecchini quasi 600 euro, a casa li ho solo provati e immediatamente si sono piegati. L’indomani mattina sono andata a reclamare, la prima cosa che mi hanno detto: è stata colpa sua…(non è così). La tenutaria responsabile (direi irreprensibile) di questo negozio si nasconde come un topo lasciando la manovalanza a fare il lavoro sporco a posto suo cioè a truffare al meglio la gente boccalona presa all’amo con la loro iniziale gentilezza che poi si trasforma in arroganza maleducazione e menefreghismo totali. Gli orecchini sono immettibili li rivenderò come ferro vecchio loro hanno perso una cliente perché non ci andrei mai più a comprare uno spillo, mi auguro che sempre più gente legga le recensioni, se solo lo avessi fatto ci avrei pensato più volte prima di farmi truffare così. Ho messo una stella ma avrei messo zero …. VERGOGNA!!
