Excellent customer service quick an easy

Wonderful experience

I applied on a Sunday, expecting a refusal due to bad credit. Monday morning I was approved….. mon afternoon I was picking a car… Monday night the paperwork was sent over and was signed. Tuesday morning the car was removed off sale. Tuesday afternoon the final call to finalise the sale. The team members jade ash and I think mark were 11/10 if I’m totally honest. I still can’t believe the timeframe of the first call to arranging the pick up of my new car. I would recommend anyone to this company

From the start to finish dan was brilliant. Nothing was not to much for him, from questions I asked to finding me the right car. Everything went so smoothly. Thank you Dan and thank you Chloe for keeping me updated with everything.

Honestly couldn’t be happier with the service James Collins provided for me. I told him I had no idea which car I wanted so he sent me over a couple of different cars and told me take a look and see if there was any that I liked the look of, he then asked me what time would be best for him to call back to give me time to think. He took his time with me and gave everything plenty of thought. I didn’t think he would be as caring and as thorough as he was. Literally took less than a day to get everything in place for my new car. Thank you James, you are a credit to the car finance community and I can’t thank you enough!
