Placed an order on 1st June and still not received the goods. Poor customer service, not answering the phone and often not responding to emails. Have received different delivery dates but nothing materialises, what do you have to do to get what you pay for?

Having read the other 1 star reviews, it is interesting to see that a number of other people have experienced the same as me. I paid for an order and nothing turned up ... After countless messages to this company I still have no goods and no refund and no response to the refund request.

Is this a scam? I ordered a variety of goods on 16 July, the money was taken the same day, not when dispatched, and I have heard nothing since! I cannot get a reply when I phone and have just left a message on the website.The order number is 74198 if hotpink haberdashery wish to refund me!

I ordered 13th Jan 2024 and to this date I haven’t received my order or a refund despite emailing and being ignored numerous times. After reading other reviews it’s seems this company is comfortable with defrauding their customers.

I ordered a sewing box two months ago and it hasn't arrived nor being refunded

The product I ordered arrived smelling very strongly of fish. I'm not sure if that's normal for an adhesive product. When I enquired I was quickly offered a refund if I paid for the return postage. I enquired further about whether the smell would dissipate after use but did not hear back again. I don't mind as it wasn't an expensive order, but I won't be ordering from them again.

I've received my parcel of beautiful fabric today,arrived in two days. Excellent quality, I'm delighted as usual,with this company.

Not had the best experience with this company- believe the 1* reviews. Don’t trust the shipping information on the website, tried multiple ways of contact to find out the status of the order then eventually got correspondence once the item was already dispatched. Customer service is not a priority for them (can’t tell if it’s because they haven’t got the staff or they just don’t care), you can go for long periods with no reply, have to send follow up emails and when you do finally get a response you just feel like they are ticking a box and are generally not bothered as they already have your money. Based on what I’ve seen on here it seems like they only care about responding to reviews.

ORDERED GOODS,NEVER RECEIVED THEM AND HAD TO TAKE ACTION VIA MY CREDIT CARD HOLDER TO GET REBATE. THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT UNTIL NOW.
