Ordered on the 6th May, (a bank holiday, so was expecting a day delay) haven't recieved any shipment details or replies to my messages and emails.But I have had lots of emails about new offers! I thought I'd use an independent shop instead of Amazon, but due to the weeks delays and no communication, I have had to use Amazon and recieved the items next day, as needed them for coursework. I've now seen similar reviews for this month and don't think I will be a returning customer. Quick to take your payment, but absolutely zero customer service.

I placed a small order (73382) with this company over 6 days ago. Still awaiting delivery and response to my emails? I telephoned x 3 times this morning - no reply or answerphone service. I always start with small orders, to companies I don’t know, to see how they cope, then order big if their service is good. However, communication has been a no go so far. Appreciate it’s a family business but if you can’t cope, perhaps invest in more staff or answer phone service & respond quicker to prevent frustrated customer reviews .. In response to your rather, defensive reply. You need to take on board what customers tell you and not leave such over reactive, personal, frankly insulting responses to reviews left on Trustpilot. It’s interesting that you find the time to type such long replies to reviews on this site. When You could employ spending that time answering the phone, emails & engage more courtesy with customers, who have issues with your service. I’m amazed you have any customers left with the off hand manner & attitude you display towards us. Perhaps take a training course in customer service & get rid of the shoulder chip please. Life & people aren’t perfect, deal with it, be professional, displaying anger online isn’t - I consider my initial reply was factual & kind wishing you luck.

Awful company, completely ignored my order, then after trying to communicate with them no answer, in the end went through PayPal and still no response or item, dreadful communication and customer service.

Excellent quality fabric. Had an issue with delivery time but once I email the company it was resolved and parcel was received within 48 hours. Excellent customer service. I will and have used this company again since my initial order.

Really nice fabric, excellent value, great service. Bought craft cotton and sale fabric. Have used a few times recently for this and will continue doing so.

I have just received my order today 3rd April for an order I placed on 21st March. Firstly the fabric is amazing, when I opened it I said aloud ‘wow’ because it is such good quality. I would definitely order again. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the delivery time, the website says 24 to 48 hours. I did contact them after 8 days and got a very nice apologetic e mail from them to explain but I was waiting for it. It hasn’t put me off at all and as I said I will definitely shop there again I am going to look at the website now! This time I will assume a much longer delivery time so I am not disappointed. The Klimt fabric is stunning by the way. 😍
