Item never arrived
Ordered a rucksack on 6th Jan, it never arrived. I had to chase Royal Mail. Apparently lost. I asked for a replacement, this was confirmed as sent out, never received say Royal Mail. So 4 weeks after ordering I asked for a refund, which was processed quickly. I won’t be ordering from them again.
