We had been thinking about installing solar panels for sometime the ever increasing energy prices pushed us to do something about it. From the initial phone call to Greener Energy to the home assessment by Simon Tees to the installation of the panels & battery by Sandy the roofer & Chris the electrician it was all a simple & straightforward process. Simon was brilliant at explaining how many panels we could have & what our savings could be over the year, the benefits of having the battery & of changing how we use our energy & making the most of the energy from the panels during the day. The panels were installed just over 2 weeks after our visit from Simon. In this time Greener Energy kept in touch with us by phone & email. The installation day arrived & the fitters arrived, introduced themselves & explained what access they needed. The instal was completed with minimal disruption. Once installed & connected up Chris took us through the battery & inverter & set us up with & talked us through the app. All the fitters were brilliant very pleasant & helpful & tidied up fully before they left. From Day 1 we have seen major savings on our electricity. Yesterday for example we used the dishwasher, washing machine & had the oven on for the obligatory Sunday roast. Our usage from the grid was £0.43. Massive savings on what we would have previously used. Once we have all the paperwork from Greener Energy we will be applying for an SEG (Smart Export Guarantee) this will allow us to get paid by our energy provider for any excess power we put back to the grid. We have only had the panels for 4 days & have already exported 21.2 kWh. Every little helps! All in all the whole experience has been very worthwhile & something we wish we had done so much sooner. We would have no hesitation on recommending Greener Energy for Solar Panel installation.

From the start everything was clear and well explained. Little bit of delay on the panels which messed about the roofers as they had a lot of travelling to do. If they were annoyed they didn't show it, very professional pair. The electrican was with me promptly and sorted everything out quickly and helped me understand what was going/how the app worked etc. Great service overall, already recommended to a friend.

Greener Energy were quick in responding to my enquiry on PV panels and within about three weeks they were installed, while enquiries to other companies went unanswered. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable installers employed by the company. Head Office staff are approachable and accommodating.

My Solar Panel and Battery installation was completed on 22/08/2022. Both the panel installation and the electrical and battery hook-up were carried out with care and attention. The work was carried out with minimal interference and all waste was removed from my property on work completion. The electrician took time to explain the battery operation and assist with mobile app registration.

Contacted Greener Energy regarding battery storage to complement existing solar panels system. Installation was more involved due to extra wiring requirement. Good prompt service. Very happy with service. Thank you.
