Boiler not going off

Boiler not going off, engineer came out but was not sure if it needed a n electrician, he arrived the next day, first guy had fixed it but did not know it, electrician made him aware, very good service!! Thanks guys

Quick Solar Panels

The guys that installed the panels worked really quickly and efficiently and the installation took hardly any time at all. They were also clean and tidy and apart from the new panels on the roof, you wouldn't know they'd been there. The electricians arrived later in the day and also worked quickly and efficiently. A small problem with the electrics occurred the next day which was very quickly rectified once the electrician was aware of it. No complaints at all, would highly recommend.

Complete no fuss approach

Complete no fuss approach. the engineer arrived and got straight down to the servicing work, carried out all his tests and checks, presented his work sheet for signature and went on his way rejoicing. The engineer was a very friendly, cooperative person and most helpful, particularly noticeable as I am disabled

The Engineer was on time.

The Engineer was on time and spent 1 hour at the property. I highlighted the issue with the bathroom radiator rusting at the bottom ( second radiator fitted here) and I would hope that this has been recorded on my file for change out when a new radiator is available?

We had a water leak from our water tank…

We had a water leak from our water tank which is in the attic and saw water damage on the ceiling on a Sunday and were so stressed about this. I called on the Sunday and were able to talk to someone which arranged for Tony to call me back so we had a WhatsApp video call so he could see and assess the situation. On Monday morning early Colin arrived and sorted out the problem and explained to us what happened. Thankfully it was just a little air pressure and all was fixed easilly. I'm really happy and thankful for their prompt response and help.

Very professional team

The roofers and electrician that carried out my installation were very professional and completed the job well within the day. The electrician gave me an in depth handover after the installation and explained how it all worked and got me set up with the app.
