Under no circumstances would I recommend

Under no circumstances would I recommend this company to install an Air Source Heat Pump. Our job started on 30th August 2021 and as of yesterday they are still fixing faults/leaks. During the last 8 months we have been subjected to a catalogue of incidents including; no supervision of the installation team, despite raising serious concerns on day three; 6 weeks with no heating; wet carpets because the old micro bore system was left to drain into our living room floor for weeks; the new system broke the bathroom pump leaving us with no bath or shower, a situation that shamefully was only rectified after submitting a formal complaint; a leaking faulty cylinder; being advised to change electricity supplier to one that was being investigated and subsequently stopped trading and now leaking joints. Although the faults/leaks have been rectified I consider their customer care is sadly lacking and allowing, in their words, ‘our installation journey’ to go on for 8 months is totally unacceptable. Words cannot express the detrimental effect the continual stress of rectifying all the faults/leaks alongside the permanent upset and added damage to the house, has had on us. To be told after this length of time that you were just ‘unlucky’ and the leaks are nothing to worry about in my opinion is a totally unacceptable way to treat a customer. Finally it is worth noting that they don’t make retrospective payment for household appliances etc broken by their employees. They did replace the cordless vacuum but that has still left us with a bill of £689 to replace the other appliances etc and purchase a vacuum that would deal with the debris left behind by the installation team.

Great Work - Great Company

Greener Energy have now installed Air Source Heat pumps, solar panels and car chargers in 2 properties for us and have always been great to deal with - with all staff happy to go the extra mile to ensure the jobs done have been completed well and to a high standard. Communication and follow up support from the office and for regular servicing has also always been consistently friendly and to a high standard.

ASHP - Inverness Team

We have been very impressed with the Service provided by Greener Energy, with regard to Air Source Heat Pumps, from the initial appointment, the Technical Survey and the fitting, as well as the office contact. Every member of staff we have had contact with has been friendly, courteous and very helpful. The Inverness Team carried out our fitting and were superb. Super quick and efficient and very tidy causing minimal disruption. Taking time to explain the system and answer all questions. There was an issue with one of the radiators which was resolved very quickly. We can highly recommend.

Had my my Air Source Heat Pump…

Had my my Air Source Heat Pump serviced. The Engineer Paul was very helpful and informative. He also called to let me know that he is running late and would get to me closer to a certain time. Communication is important to me. I new what was happening and when to expect it. Very pleased with the service I have received.

Annual service

Busy, professional company. From the point of our central heating upgrade to the annual services, greener energy group have continued their traits. They have never let us down and always keep the customer right and happy. Big shout out to Paul the service engineer who provided an excellent service and he even tidied up a few defects on our radiators with no hesitation. Will continue to use greener energy in the future.
