Very disappointed as it shows you a countdown clock for "same day" dispatch, which I ordered before, yet some 3 days later no delivery or "dispatched" notification and it's now the weekend so I am guessing the absolute earliest I will get it will be Monday if I am lucky, adversely I placed an order with "swimmingpoolchemicals.co.uk" the day after this order and it arrived today (next day) both websites gave the "COVID19" blurb and have the same delivery lead times, so how come one can do it but not the another, maybe one is not sending next day? I think they may not get a fourth order from me now and I will go with the other company mentioned, also noticed when searching for reviews that 99% of the time it seems they only respond to good reviews"thanks look forward to seeing you again". How shallow, put this on your Twitter feed. UPDATE Oh guess what order still says processing.

We ordered a new pool cover a month ago it arrived damaged, I have been waiting for them to collect it as promised for it to be repaired. Every day they promise to collect it still nothing. I am very angry. Denise Cheshire.

Ordered £800 air source heat pump, arrived, connected by electrician, did not work. After a number of unsatisfactory calls checked company terms and conditions published on their website and asked for a full refund inline with condition 7 of their T&C's as follows: 7. Cooling-off Period 14-Day Cooling-off Period You can cancel your order within 14 days, whether or not the goods are faulty, and this period starts from when the contract is concluded (money taken and invoice generated). The full price paid will be refunded on our receipt of the returned goods in their original packaging. The price paid included shipping to my home address. This company does not want to operate within the it's own T&C's never mind the law and are being very unhelpful. Very disappointed in the way I have been treated and spoken to by such a big company regarding an expensive item. Have had to refer this to Paypal. update: Received refund through Paypal some 7 weeks after asking for a refund or replacement. Special shout out to Mike and Stephanie who were very unhelpful and rude, even putting the phone down. We have the Consumer Rights Act 2015 because of companies like this... they also trade as Ambassador Pools - you have been warned!

Terrible company they thief your money don’t buy from them

Excellent company to deal with, very friendly and efficient and go the extra mile to help you find what you are looking for. Prices are the best online and the liner installation I had done was a superb fit and great quality, the installation was measured and installed by a truly professional team.... would definitely recommend!!

Ordered quite late in the day (maybe 1:45), cut off is 2pm. Still received next day. Faultless service really. The staff were super helpful and honest. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Absolutely 5* from me! Thank you!

I have used them three or four times a year for a number of years and they do exactly what you would expect; inexpensive, well packed pool chemicals and equipment delivered pretty reliably.

A decent company efficient and friendly. Primarily but not exclusively use pool maintenance and treatment products and they of perfectly acceptable quality, and fair prices. The real issue with them is that although they say its a next day delivery - DHL who in 2019 - they use to deliver - are a complete shower and I never get products next day. Just factor that into delivery schedule.
