I ordered a shopping trolley for my mum who's 84. She owned one before and it lasted very well but had seen better days. The trolley arrived very quickly and was in use the next day. But unfortunately a wheel broke. I contacted Ability Superstore and explained my mums problem and with no difficulty or quibble a new one was sent out immediately. My mum is useing this replacement trouble free and is happy with it. What I did like and appreciate was the email contact from Ability asking if everything was OK and was myself and mum satisfied. There final e mail was to wish us a merry christmas, I use the internet a lot but no one has ever done that. Excellent service Ability Superstore.

I PHONED TO CHECK ON EXACTLY THE DETAILS OF A SHOWER SEAT AND WAS GREETED WITH A FRIENDLY VOICE WHO WAS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND THAT IT WAS NEEDED QUICKLY. IT ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. THIS COMPANY IS TO BE RECOMMENDED AS I FEEL CERTAIN THAT WHAT EVER I I WANTED THEY WOULD SORCE IT AND EVEN IF THERE WAS A HITCH IT WOULD BE SORTED IMMEDIATELY. I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN.

The Keatlery cutlery set I purchased arrived very quickly. I started using the set straight away and it has certainly helped me to gain more control over eating my meals. Before the arrival of the Keatlery set, I was hardly using a fork, but now I find the added weight of the utensils has improved my control to the point where I am once again using a fork with most meals, as well as the knife and spoons.

Initially tried to give us a new bath seat for the price of a battery pack. We arranged for it to be returned in return for the correct battery pack. Unfortunately ParcelForce failed to turn up to collect in the agreed time period wasting our day until 15:00 when we went out. We arranged for courier to take seat when they turned up unexpectedly delivering the correct battery pack (a.m. at the sort of time the same courier had told us they would be unable to collect!). Ability Superstore did their best in adverse circumstances.

I purchased Unbreakable Spoons ~ Soup spoons for my daughter who has a strong bite reflex, they are a great size and can be loaded without all the food falling off, this often happens with some coated spoons as they can be quite shallow. you can also buy the teaspoon size for smaller children. They are great for eating out and easily popped in a bag, my daughter is an adult who requires total help with meal times and the staff who support her are equally pleased with the product. We have also passed information onto my daughters Day Center.

This is a excellent company i received my order before the expected delivery date. The item was exactly as stated. Would recommend this company to all disabled.

Thank you so much for your promptness in sending my crutches out to me, I ordered online on Sunday and they were delivered on Tuesday Lunch time. I informed you that as I am registered disabled I did not pay VAT on the items,when informed by phone the VAT was removed and payed back in to my account right away.
