Quick, helpful service

Fantastic service from start to finish. I wanted to order a Let's Fly rollator but wasn't sure if the item was available. Rang and spoke to a lady called Liz who confirmed it was in stock and could be despatched the same day. Not only was it despatched the same day it arrived the morning after!! Speedy, helpful service, thank you!!

Have bought numerous items from this company. They are never anything but helpful and wouldn’t use anyone else now. Huge range of products too and always someone on the other end of the phone should I need product advice.

Appalling service

Ordered a table from this store which I have returned as it did not fit and was not of the quality expected. The package had obviously been previously opened but I didn’t take a picture unfortunately. I returned the package at my expense but am told I will not get a refund as it has marks and was damaged in transit. The insurance apparently covers loss only so I am now £70 worse off, have no table for my disabled mother, and cannot get a refund despite the company having the item back. I am thoroughly disgusted with their attitude and lack of support.

Can’t praise Ability Superstore enough

Can’t praise Ability Superstore enough. After a helpful conversation with customer services I received lots of advice . I ordered the Days swift wheelchair for my Mum who lives in a carehome after having a severe stroke. I ordered it on Monday afternoon and it was delivered of Thursday. Mum is very pleased with it. We ordered it in red which is a lovely metallic colour. It’s easy to push and Mum says it’s very comfortable. A very efficient company with helpful staff and great products.

New(about2B) customer. A site with sooo many products! BUT... therein lies the devil in the detail! It is very likely that I will see many [potentials] which at the moment, I'd like to make a note (bookmark) to consider 'later'. Ability Superstore FOR SURE can increase their turnover by having (for registered/logged in) users a 'simple' WishList. Many online retailers have such functionality!!! Just a simple list stored with user's account data. Nothing grand or beyond any website designer/coder to knock out in quick/quick time, yes? Ok... I'm off to make a purchase and (for now) take notes of other 'would like' items. Hahaaaa, hope I do not loose my paper note ;-)

Lift chair is awesome

We just purchased a lift chair and compared to the other store, none came close to the Ability Store. They are amazing and made us feel totally comfortable with our purchase! I will never shop at another mobility store.
