The e-mail asking for my views was the first I ever heard of this company. I believe that it may be a re-branding of Mr Central Heating who were extremely efficient, delivering exactly what I ordered far sooner than I had expected when placing the order.

These type of radiators are well worth The extra money !! They stay warm for a lot longer than The standard ones you get these days

Have bought 3 column rads from 2 different places and all were excellent. Very good prices too. One of them is less than 300mm wide, which took some time to find, plenty warm enough in my very cold house. The only thing I would say is make sure you have very good fixings for the large rads...they are very heavy. Floor standing brackets are an option for extra support.

I order items to be delivered to my elderly parents. Delivery man brought in the wrong/incomplete items from his van. When parents pointed out his mistake with the order (I had luckily printed off a copy for them) he begrudging went and got the correct items. I won't be buying from again. Very rude.

Bought two of these towel radiators and was really pleased. They do a really good job in the bathroom and the heat is fantastic. Put one each on opposite walls. Look really nice too. Bought my own valves separately. Nice product. Would recommend.

Delivery was easy and they were helpful with my requirements. Returning the item was a bit awkward was told I couldn't return if unpacked which I didn't think was In line with consumer rights but fixed that .
